Pizza Hut

This is the second incident of this type. A few years ago — I ordered a meal via the web — which was listed to include a 2 liter soda with the meal. Paid online with my credit card — then when I get there to pick up my order — they refused to include the soda. In my mind — I PAID for the order that the site listed. They would not honor the order even when I showed them the advertisement on the web with my telephone.
Decided to give them one more chance — which I usually DON’T. Went through their «Deals» section of their web site — which took me about 10 minutes including discussion with my other half. Found a deal (will post a photo if I can) for a large pizza with 2 toppings for carry out for $ 7.99. My other half called to order it and they told her that they do not honor all of the deals on the web site — and that only some of the restaurants honor those deals. We were only calling to confirm that if we ordered it online it would be honored — which it would not have been. The actual price of the pizza in question was I believe $ 14.99 — close to double the advertised price.
Don’t know how they can get away with this — they run ads on television constantly advertising similar deals. If they do not have to honor their advertised prices — why even have fraud laws dealing with bait & switch advertising. Will NEVER order from them again. Not sure if this incident is caused by the owner of this franchise or corporate — either way they won’t get any business from me again — in addition to me telling most of my associates about this type of fraud.

Usually not bad but this time was horrible. Crust was hard as a rock, little sauce and barely any cheese. Next time spend a little more money and go to Munchies up the street.

I called to order pizza from my hotel to the nearest Pizza Hut location (I am not from here; the hotel gave me the number.) After giving the lady the FULL ADDRESS of the hotel, she asked where it was located. I could only reiterate the EXACT address. The employee then told me, in the rudest voice you can imagine, if you can’t tell me where you are, I can’t help you. When we got it figured out, she gleefully informed me that they don’t deliver here. Glad this is not my local place, yikes.

Buyer beware! Prob the worst Pizza Hut around. These guys are rude, the business doesn’t honor many nationally advertised deals and won’t tell you the best deals out there unless you bring it up. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of ordering with them many times and I never seem to realize how bad this place is until I place another order and something goes wrong again. My bad for going back. Never again

Just received our delivery order from this Pizza Hut, and needless to say I’m disappointed.
Since we moved here almost 6 months ago this has been our go to pizza delivery place for quick and dependable delivery. However, this particular order not only got delivered cold but also incorrectly and damaged.
We ordered a large pizza as well as some breadsticks for sharing, however when we opened the pizza box we discovered the pizza was smashed almost entirely on one half of the pizza! In addition, we had ordered the pizza with buffalo drizzle and siracha honey crust which was missing from our pizza entirely. On top of that, the breadsticks we ordered were hardly warm and seemed to have been old.
Usually this Pizza Hut delivers consistently, but today we got a sub par and incorrect order we were disappointed with.

15 minute carry out time is really 30. Don’t call this place hungry expecting it to be ready in the time they say it will!!!

I have been living here for 2 years and this has been my go to Pizza Hut. Last time I went they ruined my order by putting the wrong crust okay mistakes happen no problem they gave me a credit, second time I order they put no grilled chicken on my pizzas, and today was the limit!!! I ordered 3 pizzas and wings and the total was $ 56. The girl helping me I wish I had gotten her name, gives me three pizzas and tells me thank you and the receipt said $ 28. I told her I have my wings too. As it is you guys are late in giving me my order and then mess up my order and then she has the nerve to call me a B****h! Really!!! Is this your customer service?! You have lost my business forever!!!

I ordered my pizza at 9:49pm. Delivery time 10:49pm. My pizza was never delivered my order #3 151 025 234 942 001 057 628 160. very upset and have been charged for 2 pizzas delivery charge on my master card but no dinner. Hope you wont commit the same mistake again

Do not order from here with your debut or credit card they will charge you a tip even if you write it as 0.00. We ordered 2 pizzas bread sticks and the cookie and it took them two hours to deliver it the boxes were also smashed and the food was cold once reheated the food was ok…
The driver on the other hand demanded a tip i told him no and he walked off and said ok well see about that and then today i got a email saying my bank account was overdrawn he charged a $ 100 tip to my account after i wrote the total and told him no.
Contacted the police and reported the fraud i then contacted pizza hut and told them what happened they asked for my info and said there was nothing they could do so i went to my bank told them what happened and the refunded the entire amount.
FUCK YOU PIZZA HUT DO NOT EAT HERE

Male employee was extremely rude. When I stated that email said that it would be ready at 1530, it wasn’t ready when we got there. After 30 min. He stated that it didn’t matter and it would be nice and hot. Yeah, definitely not hot. Barely lukewarm.

My husband and I are officially done with this Pizza Hut location after our experience tonight. The delivery driver tried to copy all 16 digits of my husband’s credit card numbers, how his name appears on the card, and the 3 digit code on the back! My husband demanded that the driver give him back the card. We called the manager to see why the driver needed this information. We have always paid in advance and the drivers have only ever verifed the name and last 4 digits. The manager told the delivery guy it was ok this time. What the hell?! Why is that a procedure at all? Pizza Hut delivery drivers should not be copying down customer’s complete card information. Have they not heard of credit card fraud?

First off– I managed a pizza joint for 6 years, so I guess you can say that I have a high standard for pizza delivery service. I’ve dealt with a lot of d*ck’s over the phone at this location. Tonight I spoke with Mike and he was awesome. He was very thorough and specific. Mike read my order back to me (which has never happened in the past) ensuring my accurate order. 2.5 stars to the people I’ve spoke with in the past, but 5 stars to Mike! Thanks Mike!

After having a horrible experience with Pizza Hut, I was happy to hear a manager call and apologize. He insisted they fixed the pizza issue and would apply a $ 20 credit to my account. I give every business a second chance. So, I called today to order a pizza. I checked on the $ 20 account credit and they said there was none. Therefore I cancelled my order and called Domino’s instead. Come on Pizza Hut, stand by what you say and follow through. You have officially lost a customer.

Disappointing! I tried ordering a simple pizza and breadsticks. When I was told what the total price was it wasn’t adding up. I asked for any additional charges on top of the food and was told there is a delivery charge… I asked what the delivery charge was and I got this reply: «I was told by my manager that I can’t tell customers what the delivery charge is.» Confused, I cancelled my ordered and ordered delivery from another pizza place. Strange!

The new menu is the best :)

It’s Pizza Hut, you know what you’re getting! For chain pizza, this is my favorite spot. Personally I LOVE the thin crust. It’s classic to me and I’ll always be ordering it. I love Pizza Hut!

Great pizza great service customer service was excellent and dude they were delivering when dominos gave up on deliveries after 4pm, had a killer double pizza wings bread sticks deal going for like 20 bucks with two liters at 2 for 4 win win win!

What a great place!
I made my order online for a pick up on 4÷12÷14. The server was named Michael and was super helpful and very polite.
Pizza was hot and was cooked to perfection.
Parking area was clean with lots of parking!

Best pizza delivery in Huntington Beach. Great service, fast delivery! Excellent taste, fresh and hot! Pizza Hut won me over.
