Called last night (loved the fact they offer 24⁄7 assistance) because garage door wouldn’t work and I easily made an appointment for today. Jonathan showed up during his scheduled window and was very polite and professional. I thought that one of the cables was broken but obviously the professional assessed the situation much differently; both springs were busted (which is why it was SO ridiculously heavy to lift up last night). Without hesitation Jonathan showed me the issue and went to work. He was done in under 45 minutes. It was a true pleasure working with him and this company. HIGHLY recommend!!!
