In pretty sure I have never had to wait in line there! Everyone is so friendly and even took the time to remember my name and husbands and ask about my family (Francis especially) I have banked with chase, Wells Fargo and boa and will never go back!

I love coming to this branch! There is never a wait and every person who ever helps me is always really nice and just flat out awesome! I would rather go to this branch then any other! I love this bank too! They have great options on any of your banking needs, you also can’t beat the fact that you can go to any 7 – 11 and withdraw cash with no extra fees!!! Thanks for just being a great all around bank! =)

I have been with this credit union forever (Member since 1987 as McDonnell Douglas Credit Union). Home Loan, Car Loan, Home Equity Line Of Credit, Money Market, Savings and Checking. Yes, I have had all of those accounts here. Best service anywhere and the cashiers have the authority to do just aboout anything you might need. No need to wait an hour to see a manager, like the big banks. I have been to many of the branch locations and I have always been very inmpressed with the quality of service and great people who work at NuVision Federal Credit Union !!!

Ok so apparently I’ve been back with this credit union since I was born lol My dad made me an account there that early. Anyway very good credit union so easy to get a loan here and the tellers are very nice. Its also very convient that this branch is close by the main branch on beach blvd.

i’ve always had great luck with the customer service at this branch. when i was living in huntington beach, this was my bank for almost 10 years! i’ve never had problems with billing, receiving my checks, or anything. i do still have a nuvision account, but because i’m out of the area, i don’t get to stop by this location any longer – but my mother does still! she’s been a member of this bank (before when it was still mcdonnell douglas credit union) for about 30 years!
