New Lines Auto Upholstery

New Lines Upholstery has reasonable prices and does great quality work. They repaired my vintage London Taxi seats and door straps and did a great job in a timely manner. Felix is friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. The employees are highly skilled and good at overcoming challenges. I appreciate businesses like this that are hard to find these days.

My 2006 Mustang GT Convertible is by far the longest I have ever owned a car. Bought new in December of 2006 and back when I used to drive almost 30k miles per year. Present day I am not even driving half of that. The good? No car payment. The bad? I just cant seem to justify going out and purchasing a new car now.
With that begets the need to deal with repairs, mechanical, and for my recent to trip to New Lines, cosmetic as well. The vinyl on the doors was separating and also the stitching on the passenger seat was starting to come apart. I had this place recommended to me and dropped by for an estimate. The price given to me by the owner sounded fair, and honestly I didn’t even shop him. He is very professional and I have never seen a more clean and organized shop of any kind.
Felix had told me if I dropped it off early enough he would have it ready by 5:00. He calls around 3:30 to announce the completion of the job. It looks as good as new now, with the stitching matched perfectly. Great job Felix’s crew!
Besides auto upholstery they can also tackle your RV, boat, or who knows? Well Felix does so call him and ask him! As long as the ol’ Mustang keeps rolling I will be back to see Felix as needed.

I wouldn’t recommended it. Customer service doesn’t exist. Went there to get a quote to replace convertible top never got a return call. I called 3 times & Felix just complained about how hard & time consuming it is to do the job. And he never did give me a price to do the job. My advice is to go somewhere different.

Quoted me one price over the phone then tried to charge me double when I showed up THEN had the nerve to blame the mix up on me. Laughable.

Felix is absolutely awesome! he is extremely reasonable with his prices and the quality of his work is superb! he only uses great material, if you don’t believe me take a look at my picture, that is my most recently redone 1989 BMW, he has redone all of my classic cars. Lastly, Felix is a very nice and honest man. Also, he is there Saturdays most of the times, but don’t count on it, I am just telling you my experience.
Prior to Felix, I had gone up the street on Gothard Ave to Bill Dunn upholstery, talked to some cocky dude that charged 3x as much and who seemed like he did not even want to even touch the car. New Lines all the way!

Felix takes his time and does the job right! Complete and good as new!
