Natural Tonic Center

I recently started coming here and will continue to be a customer. The owner is very polite and knowledgable. I always feel comfortable coming here. I usually go there for protein powder and vitamins.

Excellent staff that are very approachable & knowledgeable. I discovered this place by accident while going to Ester’s Place (a mini restaurant that leases from this shop inside). I noticed here that they carried brands I normally shopped for at whole foods like Bragg’s amino acid soy sauce & apple cider vinegar, at a much cheaper price though =]. This place is super convenient if u don’t like massive crowds like at other health markets. However, they are more of a supplement shop, carrying just a selected amount of food products. so don’t expect a super market here. Prices were very affordable for me. Again, don’t hesitate asking questions I had friendly experiences every time!
Also, they have brochures and newsletters on the shelves, some for free if u like to be in tune with recent health news & research.

Been coming here for years and will continue to for many years to come.
Unlike those giant «natural» stores that seem to be popping up everywhere, the people here actually know their stuff. I went in to one of those OTHER stores and asked a couple questions– big mistake. They can tell you where everything is, but if you ask them what it does or what it’s good for, they reply with a blank stare. I’ve even had someone give me a generic answer like, «uhhh… it’s good for your body.»
This store, on the other hand, has an extremely knowledgeable staff. They’ll ask you your symptoms, problems, and will not only recommend just one product, but give you an array of options to try. They’re very warm and friendly and have never tried to push their products on me.
I heard this place has had the same owners for 20+ years, so i’m guessing there’s a reason they’re still around. In this world of «big business», it’s nice to walk into a small «mom n pop» store and receive individual attention and care.
Oh! and if there’s a product you’re looking for but can’t find, they can order it JUST FOR YOU! They’ve done this for me a few times and they’re really great about it.

Helpful staff, great selection of all my favorite good old fashioned health, wellness and beauty products like aztec clay, apple cider vinegar and even this brand of extracts called Nature’s Answer that for some reason other stores can’t be bothered to keep on their shelves. This place is definitely a gem tucked away in HB, carrying all the key staples of a healthy lifestyle — not the fake fancy products that crowd the shelves of other places.

I accidentally stumbled on this place on the way to the post office and I’ve been back ever since. I come here for my favorite Jason Natural organic body wash, supplements and Wellness Formula vitamins that I sweeeaarr by!!! It was actually recommended to me by one of the workers. That’s the other great thing about this place. This mom & pop shop has a really friendly vibe and they give you their undivided attention to answer any questions I had. I also learned that Brian, the pop, is a certified acupuncturist and he didn’t hesitate to share his expertise when it came to my aching back issues and even offered a free consultation which I’m definitely going to have to take him up on. Awesome!!!
Plus, who doesn’t want to support local businesses?!
