I had my first problem in over ten years with my garage door: Phantom opening and closing that was driving the upstairs neighbors insane. Guided by Unilocal reviews, I chose Mr. Repair because the address was local and same day service was mentioned. I called and spoke to a very gracious woman named Pauline, who arranged to have a repairman who was going to be in my area just come by and check it out while I was at work. While checking, «Bill» resolved the problem, Pauline called to update me, and I was thrilled with the outcome. And the door doesn’t sound like a freight train anymore! Same day, didn’t have to miss work. Awesome. Thanks!

Awesome, I was installing a new opener. My garage door is 8’7″. When I had the door installed over 10 years ago the company put 8 ft cables and I snapped a cable. Mr Repair had Tony at my house within 3 hours. I was leaving on vacation the next day. Tony would I fixed right then but only had 8ft cables. He secured my door and was back by 9am the next morning, done by 10am. I felt the price was fair and the service was outstanding.

Came by my home the same day I called, fixed garage and then went by my office and picked up a check. Pricing seemed reasonable as well and overall made things easy on me.

Stay away from this outfit unless you have nothing but time to waste. Had an appointment for 7am, worked my schedule to accommodate… and you guessed it they cancelled on ME with no explanation and promised to come the next morning at the same time. That was today and called me at 7:15am to tell me they at least 45 minutes away. No explanation and no apology. Finally showed at 8:30 and hopefully learned what it’s like to be inconvenienced… I left for work instead. Too many other choices out there to put up with Mr. Repairs terrible service.

I’ve been using these guys for years from new garage doors to repairs. They’ve always been able to come out on a moment’s notice if you’re in trouble! Down to earth and ready to serve vs. ready to take your money ;) We’re buying a new house within the next few months and I’m positive that I’ll use these guys again!

Very friendly service. Good price for quality work. I called them out for an emergency service call as my car was locked in my garage and they got my door to open temporarily for the day, ordered springs that day and picked them up the next morning and installed them while I was at work! How perfect is that?! Mr. Massey & Jose were very informative in how to open the door manually should something happen again, also mentioned I should get the door serviced to prevent BIG problems down the road. I will be taking their advice & calling them again next year for a service call.

Great service, came over on a weekend to look at and fixed on Monday with great service and price. Also fixed another problem that the builder had created with the door that was a safety concern.
