I went to a wedding and the attendant was drunk and the booth was not working. This was such a sour point of an otherwise perfect day. The Bride and Groom tried to talk to the owner about getring a refund or even an apology but no such professional courtesy was given. WOULDNEVERRECOMMENDTHISSERVICE.

I bought a groupon for mint and it wound up working out really well. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone really enjoyed it. The attendant(Australian guy) was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about Mint was their lack of responsiveness before the wedding. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information from them. There was a point where I was really worried they weren’t going to show up. Luckily, everything worked out as planned and was a success. Just bear in mind that you may have to be persistent to get the answers you need prior to your event.

I was a guest at a wedding with a Mint Photo Lounge. The gent running the booth was fine, gave us the rundown and offered to cut our photo strips. There were a few things that could use a bit of improving: — The booth attendant could have dressed a little nicer — it was a wedding and he could have been skateboarding to a beach bar on a Sunday afternoon. Not that staff needs to wear a suit — but a little blending in never hurts. — The props were a bit abused. Not sure if these were provided by the company or the couple — if it was Mint — a little freshening up wouldn’t hurt in the prop department. — The white curtain closes right down the middle. It should be skewed to the left or the right so guests don’t have a seem/gap in all of their photos. This is more noticeable for images taken during the day. — Really hard to tell when the photos are starting to be taken. One of the most non-user friendly photo booths I have been in. — And finally, it would be great if images were stored online. Guests enjoy grabbing their images and sharing them via social media — for the wedding I attended this was not an option with Mint.(The bride and groom receive a CD). Again, I did not pay for this service — I was just a guest and this is my review of my guest experience with the Mint Photo Lounge. Really wish that .5 option was available here a 3.5 — this was good, could be better would be my star rating! :)

I had a client who wanted something very fun and different at her wedding. Something that the guests could keep that would hold good memories. After a few days of brainstorming, I ran across mint photo lounge. These guys rent out a photobooth filled with fun costume pieces for roughly $ 1200 for a few hours. The guests were able to take pictures wearing silly hats and glasses and were also able to keep the pictures! The client absolutely loved the idea, as did the guests!
