Pretty good food. I had the chicken kabob plate with steamed carrots. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and mixed with the basmati rice, yum! The salad was fresh and clean with no wilted lettuce. Im picky about my salads, so that was a plus. Service was chill, friendly and they make sure everyone is happy with their food. Also, The management must keep on the staff about cleanliness, because the restaurant is immaculate. Tables are bussed right away after guests leave. I’ll be back here again to try something new :) enjoy!

Had the gyro quesadilla(excellent). I’m craving their salad right now. Great selection of Mediterranean food. Probably the best wheat pita I’ve tried, and the yogurt sauce was delicious. Very friendly staff, clean location, overall great experience.

Friendly and quick service, tasty gyro plates, although rice could use a little more flavor(maybe saffron). Tried the cilantro spicy hummus today, while still good in the basics of hummus, it was missing something(some lemon, some garlic, some salt?) I don’t know, but their regular hummus is just fabulous. The pita bread was soft and slightly grilled. The gyro meat wasn’t dry and old, it was very flavorful and delish!

Salad was great! I wish the rice wasn’t just plain unflavored basmati. Maybe they can do something about that, it would definitely add flare to the dish. I also has the Cornish game hen! The bones were annoying but it tasted great! We ordered the feta fries. Best fries I’ve had in a while but they weren’t they right fries to hold feta cheese.

I’d like to try other dishes! I was only able to try one dish: lamb signature dish. The lamb was accompanied with rice, salad, yogurt dip, pita slices, and roasted tomato. — Lamb: tender and had great flavor. — Rice: a good portion with a nice light/refreshing taste. — Salad: very light dressing, some was barely there but the pieces that had a the dressing on it was good. But I wish there was more and tossed evenly — yogurt dip: didn’t give enough, and pretty light in flavor compared to other yogurt dips. — pita slices: not much as other places was given, but it had a nice toast to it that made it crispy. –Toasted tomato: maybe it was roasted long enough or maybe bc it wasn’t roasted on the spot, but there wasn’t much of the roasted flavor in the tomato, and it wasn’t as soft as it could be when roasted what a shame bc that was what I was really excited for.

I ordered chicken kebab and gyro, came with rice, pita bread, salad, grilled tomato, Greek yogurt and dill dip. My husband had beef Laban; both $ 30. So worth it. You can tell the food is FRESH. Chicken is soo tender and moist. Table service very friendly. We sat outside, lovely. I give five stars for this Mediterranean eat out. I like it; and will be back soon.

Love this place! Whenever I crave for Mediterranean I tend to end up here. The food is great! I always order the Ground Sirloin which is one of their signature plates($ 10.50). The Norwegian Salmon($ 13.50) is also to die for! Tried getting half of both but they don’t offer that deal. What you can do is order the salmon and just add a side of sirloin which cost around $ 18. My favorite item about their dish is the rice! Very soft and delicious! Customer service is great! All very friendly every time I order to-go here!

This place is good. Just place to come get some Mediterranean food at Bella Terra. Sit on the patio as it is nice there! I come here more for the nice location and scenery to enjoy your meal. Gyro place and sandwich are very good but compared to other Mediterranean restarants, this one is average price but gives less food IMO. Service here is alright. They are nice but nothing special. Sometimes the cashier seems like shes in a bad mood but we all have our days. Overall, good for satisfying a Mediterranean food craving.

After a good workout at the gym today i felt like eating a healthy Meal and decided on a takeout at Luna grill! I have been to Luna grill several times and was always happy with their service and food quality! As a matter of fact i attended the grand opening of the restaurant a few years ago and enjoyed the free food samples being offered! I also won a few nice prices at the time! The restaurant is nicely decorated with a Mediterranean motive and the staff is very friendly! Being offered lemon infused ice water while waiting for the food is a nice touch! I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad on a bed of couscous and the bistro filet beef kakob with grilled tomatoes, fantastic basmati rice and grilled onions! the tzatziki sauce is the best i have ever tasted While waiting i took a few pictures of the place and wanted to take a few more pictures of the food as soon as i got home. Problem, by the time i got home i was very hungry and the food smelled so good and i started to eat and forgot all about the pictures Well i am sure their will be a next time! !

Located in Bella Terra Mall across from the apartments. Order food at the counter. Service is pretty quick. Lamb tenderloin kabob– free range. Tender meat. Good size as a plate though I wish it came with hummus since it comes with pita bread. Flat cut chicken kabob– tender with lemon seasoning.(note: all chicken dishes are white meat except cornish hen which comes as a whole) Desserts-Chocolate nut roll was pretty good. Not too sweet, mild in chocolate flavor. Baklava had a good deal of pistachios.

This place is good for a casual dinner or a lunch. When we went in for lunch, there weren’t a lot of people. The best part of the place are the decorations they have! They have forks and spoons hanging off as chandeliers. In terms of the service, they were super unattentive to the customers so it felt a little awkward when ordering. The food was good but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I have grown up with Mediterranean food around me a lot and have made falafel at home and while the food was authentic, it didn’t make me jump to come back again. It was also pretty expensive compared to places on Brookhurst(they have a lot of Mediterranean places). Overall, it’s an okay place to have food if you’re at Bella Terra but I probably won’t be going back.

MMM I very much enjoyed this place. A very healthy choice to me is always Mediterranean. Right??? Anyways, I ordered the half hen combo. Which I thought was gonna come out as half a chicken, but they tore up the pieces for me! Nice. OH! And it was so succulent ! Chicken bursting with flavors of spices! Completely fell in love. It was embedded on a plate with a rice that was super fluffy and a side of salad. Delicious. I ordered the hummus, which was spicy cilantro? It was good! Nothing too extraordinary but still delicious at the most. I would def try this place again if I’m in the area!

This was my first time here. It’s located in the beautiful Bella Terra shopping Center. If you come on a weekend night, you won’t find parking. I walked about a half mile to get to it. It’s a very small restaurant. The inside is tiny and the plastic covered patio is also relatively small. They have heat lamps and fire for when it’s cold. It was almost much too warm out there with the heat lamp bright up in your face! The food? It was just OK. Coming from a Persian family and having grown up with my family owning restaurants, I can say our food was Much better. The photos were rather deceiving. I ordered the lamb kabob . Typically lamb kabob consists of chunky thick and juicy dark pieces of meat. This was TINY, dry, very salty marinated pieces of meat. I made the girl take it back and at least cook it some more. My mom ordered the ground sirloin kabob which was good. Juicy and plump. Not overly salty. The boys ordered chicken meals. Flat chicken and Cornish game hen. Both also decent in flavor and texture. Overall? I wouldn’t come back. I would rather spend $ 6 more a plate and go to a Persian restaurant and eat amazing Food. They need to lay off the salt. The waitresses were friendly. No complaints.

Couldn’t decide on what to eat, so decided on Luna since we knew the food is pretty consistent. Went with the chipotle wrap which was really good. Also had a hummus appetizer which was tasty as well. Cool location.

First thing you’ll notice here is the interior décor. It was Completely flattering and clean. Employees here were also helpful and approachable. I wasn’t too hungry so I went with my trusty choice of a falafel wrap. Since you can pick a side and because I am a die hard fan of sweet potatoes I went for that one. The plate it self was pretty filling. I only think my falafel wrap was really missing some humus or at least it should be given as a side only because it was a little too dry. Nonetheless I enjoyed it!

I’ve returned to Luna Grill twice since my virgin visit, and I’m sad to say that the honeymoon period is over. The food is still fantastic but the workers no longer woo. Gone are the days when the staff checks up on you and makes chit-chat with you. No language lessons, no personal introductions. No one even clears your table. Even with only 3 or 4 customers, the dishes don’t come out as snappily as other fast-food/dine-in hybrid joints. If I was on a lunch break, I would consider coming here to be a risk. My Bistro Filet Kabob Entrée had cubes of beef(sans skewer) cooked to medium-well; they were well-seasoned and tender. All entrees come with these sides: green salad, basmati rice pilaf, pita bread, cucumber-yogurt dip, and a choice of carrots or grilled tomato. I especially loved the fluffy, warm pita. I would have liked more meat but the sides were filling enough. At around $ 12, the size and quality were superb. I’m still disappointed that the above-and-beyond hospitality at the beginning was only a ruse to establish a customer base and get good reviews. It doesn’t reflect well on how this chain is managed. However, I won’t ruin it for everyone. If you missed the honey-dripping welcoming period, then you won’t notice the bitter aftertaste I have in my mouth right now. All you’ll experience is delicious casual dining at a decent price.

I think this is my new favorite casual Mediterranean restaurant. They pride themselves on the freshness and quality of the food. Each day, kabobs are marinated and skewered fresh. Most meat choices are anti-biotic and hormone free. Luna Grill is a fast casual restaurant, where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Some menu items include salads, wraps, kabob plates, burgers, and even a Greek quesadilla. There are 3 or 4 beers on tap including Stella and Blue Moon. My friend and I both ordered the Chicken Kabob Plate. The menu states that it is «succulent chicken». We thought that was funny, but when our plates arrived it was actually super succulent and juicy! I hate when restaurants serve you dry chicken. Well, you won’t find that here. The plates include a green salad, basmati rice, pita bread, yogurt dip, and your choice of roasted tomatoes or carrots. There was A LOT of rice that was nicely flavored, and the pita was perfectly warmed with a tiny bit of crunch. It is probably one of the best pitas I have had, since they took time to prep it instead of just putting it on the plate. For about $ 11, the portion was very filling. I was able to take some home. Luna Grill is the perfect addition to Bella Terra. Fast, fresh and for the most part, healthy.

Luna Grill is located in the HB Bella Terra Center and is an order at the counter and your food will be delivered to your table kinda restaurant. The Grill is very casual, has an emphasis on healthy eating, and has a cute patio eating area. Hubby and I ordered lunch as follows: (1) CORNISHHENONTHEBONEENTRÉE Marinated pieces of cornish hen skewered and grilled. Each entrée has a choice of a green salad, basmati rice, pita bread, cucumber-yogurt dip, choice of carrots or grilled tomato garnish. I selected the Med salad to accompany my cornish Hen entrée. My cornish Hen was perfectly seasoned and cooked… very yummy. My Med Salad, cucumber-yogurt dip, grilled carrots and pita bread were all fresh and tasty. My lunch was a winner … :) (2) CHICKENKABOBENTRÉE Hubby enjoyed his chicken kabob plate with his choice of basmati rice and salad. He said his entrée was tasty. Luna Grill offers healthy scrumptious food in a very casual atmosphere. I’m a fan… :)
