Laptops 4 Less

I went there to purchase a used LCD display for a laptop computer a while back. I paid for the display and went and installed it (I am an IT technician). The display was no good it had lines in the display. I brought the display back and told the owner that the screen was no good. He got very angry and started yelling (no I am not making this up). He takes back the screen and throws the money at me. I was speechless.
I live in the neighborhood and work as a consultant to several consumers and small businesses. Since the time of that incident, I have talked to 3 of my neighbors who had similar experiences. One neighbor said that he almost came to blows over one of his outrageous outbursts. Totally unbelievable. If you don’t believe that people like this still exist, check out his crappy little store.
Under no circumstances should you trust this guy with your computer or data. He is some foreign prick who is completely incompetent, rude and dishonest. You have been warned this guy brings new meaning to the word A – hole.

I called to obtain a general cost estimate for repairing my desktop computer, which is just performing slower than normal. The owner wanted to immediately sell me a new operating system, new hard drive and RAM. When I questioned the need for such an investment, he said that I didn’t know anything about computers and hung-​up on me. I don’t know if he’s any good, but I don’t want to deal with him.

Mom says the guy is incredibly rude and pushy. His estimate for the repair work wasn’t too bad, but she wanted to call me first for my advice. He rudely insisted she decide right away, but she was unable to reach me on the phone and said she’d come back the next day. The guy became beligerant at this point and actually yelled «Get out!» when she ultimately decided not to have the repair work done that day. When she walked away, he followed her to the hairdressing place next door, yelling at Mom all the way!
I went there several years ago when the business had another name and had a similar experience with his temper. I had hoped the new business name meant a new staff or owner, but clearly I was wrong, and his professionalism has sunk to a new low.
