Great job. I arrived a bit early for my alignment and they took me right away. Went quick and the car drove straight. Can’t ask for anything more but a great staff and clientele made for a enjoyable conversation while waiting. Finally, the cost is as competitive as I’ve seen.

Most car repair places see a woman coming and add on things they don’t really need but they don’t know it. Johnny is the most honest auto repair guy I have ever dealt with. If the job takes less time than the quote he honors that. I would highly recommend this garage. I’ll always be back to JC’s and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I’ve been here several times for alignment, brakes and even my ABS. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have come across these guys… they are honest and professional, period. I hate to admit but I was literally in tears last time on my way home because I felt so grateful.

There is a reason this place has been around so many years. Never felt like I paid too much and these guys are always on point and honest about estimated times and prices. Cool atmosphere, father and son working together along with the well behaved German pointer hanging out. Customer for life right here as it is hard to find mechanics you can trust! Highly recommend this place.

Not much to say other than John and his crew are great. I got what I needed done on time, without BS upcharges and at a fair price. Very glad I found JC’s Alignments and will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

To make a long story short, make sure your bellows are not twisted after they are done with your alignment. It happened to me and I didn’t know about it until I went to see my mechanic about a leak. The mechanic was a friend and showed me the twisted bellows on both sides. I had to spend my weekend getting it properly done… more wasted time and added cost. Luckily no damages to the bellows… it was caught in time.
I am done with this place.

This is not a «regular» alignment shop. Johnny is a perfectionist and a real craftsman. If you are a car guy and want it done right, this should be your alignment shop. Great crew, great service, great shop.

Really great service and I am very pleased with the recent brake job and other work I had completed on my truck. The owner is very knowledgeable about which parts will work best and now my brakes are as good as new. The service and work exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars!

Best Unilocal find so far! Saw JC’s shop mentioned in a Nissan forum, lowered car alignment thred, then I turned to my trusted Unilocalers and checked him out to see if he was as good as they said on the forum page, and sure enough he checked out! Thanks JC my alignment is perfect and the price was great! Made my appointment at 10am and I was out of there before 11am! WOW I wish I could find a full service mechanic this good!

I have a Ford truck that needed alignment. JC’s did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Their customer service is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

This place is AWESOME! I would give it 6 stars if I could.
The owner, John, is super friendly and his customer service is incredible. Every time I come in there with my 4Runner they take care of the alignment super quickly, but also do a great job on it. I remember coming in 4^th of July weekend to get my alignment because my steering wheel was off. I told John the problem, and he took a look at my truck. He told me that the alignment was fine, and that he would adjust the steering wheel back to normal.
When he was done with the car, he parked it outside for me, came inside as I was ready to pay, and simply handed me the keys and told me to have a good and safe weekend. I had my credit card out ready to pay him, but he took care of it for me for free! Most service shops would take advantage of that situation and just charge me, but John did not. That is integrity and honesty, and ultimate customer service. I will be coming here for all my alignment needs as long as it is open!

I came here after a friend raved about the great service, and she was right! Johnny was friendly, his service was fast and reasonably priced, and my car drives noticeably better since he aligned it. Definitely will return!

Johnny @ JC Alignment corrected my alignment. Nobody else wanted to touch the rear of my 2014 4Runner w/​adjustable ICON upper & lower links & adjustable track bar. Caused me all sorts of issues. The Rig would want to dart and wander on the streets and being on the freeway made it worst. As well as have my steering wheel crooked. And on top of that it was killing my gas mileage. I was barely making 15mpg and car was having a hard time holding 75mph on the freeway.
After Johnny adjusted everything and brought it back to spec. And maxed out my caster. Car was driving straight. Steering wheel now is straight. The rig is very stable and does not wander anymore. And on the plus side … looks like I got some of my gas mileage back.
A true alignment can make or break you cars drivability. I was very happy and satisfied with Johnny @ JC’S Aligment work… would recomend to anyone.

I called to make my appointment about 3 – 4 days prior to my appointment day. Initially I wanted a Saturday but being that they close at 2pm I figured I would have to make an appointment as late as possible mid-​week as I couldn’t get there before 2 on a Saturday. JC insisted on making my appointment for 2pm Saturday. I told him I didn’t want to keep him late and he said it wasn’t a problem!
The day of my appointment, I was greeted in the parking lot and my car was taken immediately. I was able to get there about 15 minutes before my appointment time and I figured I would have to wait — but that didn’t happen!
I asked how long it would take. They completed the service within the estimated time (30 minutes).
JC and his son are exceptionally friendly. They demonstrate genuine passion for serving their community. They provide efficient, professional, trustworthy service. We will continue to take our family fleet of cars to this local HB business!
