Ioana – Star Real Estate

I would definitely think twice before having Ioana as agent. She gave us so many false expectations on how the home buying process. She was pushy and she seemed more important to get the deal than anything else. Being a first time home buyer I just wasn’t comfortable with. We ended up using another agent and finding a great home in May.

I’m sure realtors are busy people, but this one is SO rude and unorganized. She’s short on the phone to the point of being rude. I had a 10:00 am appointment on Mother’s Day with this woman to view a property that she had listed and she never showed, never called. I waited for about 30 minutes, then called her. She answered like this, «Let me call you back!» and hung up. She called back a few minutes later and I reminded her that she had an appointment with me at 10:00 am. Her response: «Oh, it’s no longer available. I didn’t save your number.» I wasted my time and effort and she didn’t even have the consideration or intelligence to keep track of her appointments and cancel with me when it was rented. I don’t know how this lady is making it in any business, let alone residential realty. Find someone else!

My husband and I are so grateful to have found such a wonderful realtor six years ago, who we now consider a close friend. Ioana is strong, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable who gives great advise and looks out for her clients. We are very happy to say she has made our two purchases a smooth process. Ioana has not only helped with new purchases, she has also assisted us with rental advertising and placing our property for rent. We definitely will consider her services in the near future.
