If you are thinking about moving here, DONT!!! The office staff is absolutely horrible, rude and have no idea what customer service is or even care about their tenants. I wanted to move out the first week. If you have a problem in the home they act like its your fault and they make you feel like you are the burden even though you are paying rent. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to in order to post.

New owners are doing their best to evict senior citizen tenants and make them feel unwelcome. They dramatically increase the prices so those on fixed incomes have no choice but to leave. The managers are short and rude when asked questions. Careful if your loved ones spend any time in the hospital as they may send them eviction notices while they are in the hospital! All this is from first hand experience from a family member who has lived there for around 20 yrs or so.

Be careful when paying the $ 30 they ask for a rental application. We were there on a Monday morning submitted a rental application copies of our IDs pay stubs and letter from our previous landlord to show great rental history. On Tuesday when the mail man dropped of the mail at our house we received a letter from the corporate office in Santa Ana we were denied for no clear explanation all it said decision is based on credit report, really? And for what reasons? We contacted the manager and she didn’t know why herself then said to email her a letter and she would submit our inquiry to corporate and call us back. Well it’s been almost two weeks now and no call back or no return calls. We have never been denied before our income is 4 times the amount of rent and not even the great rental history mattered. Our employer was never contacted for verification and neither was our landlord. Bad bad customer service!!’ I guess they request perfect credit as if your going to buy it n not rent it.
