Halloween Bootique

Horrible service from the punk kid behind the counter today. Called looking for a costume, he failed to mention they only have XL in stock (I guess I should have asked). When I got there I asked one person on the floor and he pointed, «it’s over there». I couldn’t locate it so I went to the counter (obviously the one who answered the phone) and didn’t even acknowledge me (no one in line and hardly anyone in the store). Gotta say I was hugely disappointed in their service. Maybe that’s why the store was empty. Get rid of the lazy kid behind the counter with no customer service skills.

Got my costumes and accessories here for my Halloween parties. Staffs are super cool and sweet. So many styles to choose from, I brought my friend back to get hers too. Totally recommend :)

Went here for my kids’ costumes. They have quite a large selection of items. Lots of costumes for adults too. Accessories and hats are plentiful. There are dressing rooms and further back after the dressing rooms, there is another room full of a bit scarier stuff that might be put there to keep away from little kids’ eyes which I appreciated since I still do have a little one.

Update: The owner got in touch immediately and explained why the store did not open… We did get there later in the evening and found a good selection.

Arrived at the store at 9:58 this morning so I could be your first customer today.
The sign on your door clearly says Open at 10 am.

I waited 25 minutes. My free time for the day was up… My ride had to go to work.
My son is upset that I was unable to get his desired costume items which he wants to wear for a school carnival tomorrow.
Why so unprofessional and irresponsible with your customers… it’s clear to me now you have changed your hours.
