Got a groupon with Shannon and she was very attentive towards my needs and concerns. She’s a very easy person to talk to and has really good suggestions when it comes to skin care. She wasn’t like other places I’ve been to (who tend to suggest outrageous packages and products)
I would highly suggest this salon :)

I almost don’t want to share because then the secret will be out!!! I had almost given up on the idea of getting a manicure and pedicure without the normal hassle that goes on at all the other salons. the upcharging, the pressure, being rushed if you don’t show interest in all the extras, etc. Then I met Shannon at Glitz Salon and knew that I would never go anywhere else again. She takes time with every part of the pedi and mani, doesn’t pressure you at all for all the extras, and you feel important and pampered. It truly was the best mani and pedi I have ever had and I am 3 weeks into my last visit and my nails still look beautiful with no chips. Best kept secret in HB!

Have tried to schedule an appointment with Shannon three times as far as a week in advance and have been unsuccessful. The one up-​side is that Shannon offered to honor her Groupon past the expiration date.

I like this place a lot. I got the gel Mani and pedi Groupon with Shannon and she’s great. Really sweet and thorough. This place is also super clean and organized. The gel selection is done in an organized way so that it’s easy to see your options and choose what color you want. When she cleaned my callouses, she used this really cool piece where you put on a new callous sticker. It worked like a normal rock but I knew it had been on no one else’s foot. She also used multiple towels under my feet and would change them after various parts of the pedicure. Also the foot massage was amazing. My nails turned out beautiful. I love them!

I love this place! I did my nails with Lisa and she was very creative and friendly. She absolutely knew what i want and how i want it. The receptionist is also great. They are very welcoming. I did my hair one time and it made me look like a whole new person. Their price is reasonable. I would recommend this place!

Glitz salon provides top-​of-​the-​notch service. I had a Full Set done here by Lisa for New Years so I wanted to put in the extra effort in making everything look just right for the night, including fresh painted nails! Her method of application was very different from nail places I’ve been to. The substance that was used to make the acrylic was not some cheap quality material either. Instead, this gel allowed my fake nails to stay on for over a month… When normally I’ve had sets done and by the end of the month the acrylic on my nail detaches and becomes loose, lifting the bottom ends causing an opening for water to seep through and pretty much ruining my nails. Although my nails appeared thicker in look with the pink and white gel layer, I still flaunted them because of the quality wear on how long they lasted.
Now if u ever go to Glitz for nails I would highly suggest getting the Deluxe Pedicure treatment. They provide extra care and attention to your pedicure. by extra I am saying expect 1 hour’s worth. Quynh was such a sweetheart in taking care of my feet, what I really loved the most was the sweet citrus feet scrub, along with the massage and the hot towel feet wrap that came with this service. Not only did my toes ended up looking sparkly clean, my feet and legs also tingled (due to the towel wrap)!! It was such a soothing touch, and I definitely left here feeling refreshed that day.
Unfortunately I did not come in for any hair services since it is a salon as well but I am very interested in trying out the Deep Conditioning repair treatment one day. They also carry a wide range of high end hair product brands and luxury candles by Voluspa.
