Just got gas from here. Sure it’s cheap and that’s what everyone wants right? NO. I went into the gas station as my boyfriend filled up my tank to buy a scratcher. The attendant inside refused to sell me a SCRATCHER because she said I was white. First off I’m 24 years old so to not be sold a scratcher is an insult in itself… & to be refused because she said I’m white? Honestly it is ridiculous for many reasons. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disrespected. So I hope this is helpful for anyone who doesn’t want to be refused service because of their race. Or even just the race someone thinks they are

This gas station is surprisingly inexpensive amongst most of the nearby Huntington Beach gas stations. It’s located on the corner of Goldenwest and Edinger, so location is perfect.
Fill up was easy. There were very few patrons on a Saturday afternoon. They sell both gas and diesel fuel and do not charge extra to use credit cards!

my go to gas station when im in the OC! you can’t beat the low prices here! this location was recently remodeled and the structure is great. customers are always coming in and out so the lines are pretty quick!
just make sure you stop by before going to the 405! clean gas station with great prices!

Great convenient fuel stop with low prices and is well lit in the evenings. Got snacks in the store a few times before for my famished daughter and no problemo.

Why am I giving this place 5 stars? Two reasons: cheap gas and good customer service. What else can you ask for from a gas station? The gas here is always cheaper compared to the other stations nearby. The employees I’ve encountered are two older men and they are always polite and helpful to me. My only complaint is that they don’t accept American Express here. They say that there is a problem with their machines accepting American Express but it seems to be something that has been going on for awhile now. Other than the minor complaint, this place hits both of my major criteria for a gas station so I can’t really give it anything less than 5 stars.

I will sometimes stop by to get gas or something to snack on and a friendly man with glasses and a thick foreign accent will be working a majority of the time. Always enjoy dealing with him. But then sometimes someone will be filling in for him… and it’s another story.
One guy (more like a kid in his early 20s) works there and mumbles in a piss poor attitude. Clearly he hates his job and makes it known via his interaction with the customers. And then there’s one guy who I’ve only dealt with once (the reason why I am writing this review) and perhaps the reason this will likely be the last time I will stop here for any reason. I go in and get some beef jerky and something to drink and hand him a $ 100 bill. He takes it and starts to break it for me, doing so in which he counts it out without showing me my change (or at least counting it out loud) and hands the bills to me saying the amount I’m to ASSUME he gave to me. Granted there were a few people behind me waiting for me to move, but the hell I’m going to walk away without counting my change. He gets pissy with me because I’m standing there counting my change… and I eventually count the bills and move away from the counter.
With the exception of the normal worker who is usually here, the customer service from the fill in employees could use some major fixing.
