Firefly Team Events

Our annual All-​Company Meeting was taken to a whole new level when we decided to hire James and his team from Firefly! We wanted something tailored to our group: Engineers. I had in mind Communication, Problem Solving, Learning about each other, Leadership, and Fun. James was able to accomplish ALL of these in the time period and in the budget we requested.
James was easy to work with and incredibly professional. I HIGHLY recommend Firefly!

The customer service here in and of itself is astounding. My company is currently obtaining pricing and event information and James was SO helpful, informative, and incredibly kind. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to get me the information I needed much sooner than I expected and offered some great suggestions as far as team building events. A++!

First of all, James from Firefly was beyond amazing in helping us organize our event. There was a lot of logistical challenges on our end and last minute changes and he was patient and extremely helpful throughout. Our company was hosting a 10^th Anniversary celebration at Pelican Hill and we were looking for non-​cheezy team building games (no trust falls!) that would be appropriate for adults and children.
On the day of our event, the coordinators met our group of 60 people in the hotel lobby and walked us over to the golf pavilion where the event was to be held. Everything was set up and ready to go. We divided into teams, were given bandanas, and chose team names. And then the games began! Going into the day, I wasn’t sure how our group would react, but it turns out we have some competitive people! There were about 5 different stations that we rotated through, competing against other teams in various games and challenges.
Everyone from our company had a blast! The firefly staff was so organized, helpful, and most importantly — fun! People are still talking about the games a week later. Firefly also sent us all the photos they took that day which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend using them for your next corporate event.

These guys know how to get things going. I’m not much of a team-​building, rah-​rah sort of person but I have to admit that this was way more fun than I expected. Despite the heat and Canadian goose turds scattered throughout the park, everyone had an absolute blast. This team is a lot of fun and keep it all very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

James with Firefly Events was amazing from start to finish. He was recommended through our Convention Services and really made our event a hit. The activities were quick, fun and competitive. We took a day trip to Catalina and he rode along with our Management team and really did a fantastic job. Everyone was involved and enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend and utilize their services again.

We had a 2 day conference with our managers in OC and wanted to do something creative, unique and fun. I contact Firefly because they were local. I worked with other team building and event planners and they are from out of town and try to gather help locally. I could not take the chance. James at Firefly organized an event at Artemus where we did police training, shot people and got shot on real simulators. It was significant to our corporate message of never giving up. Everything was on time and quality from the facility to the wonderful lunch. We are planning another event this summer.
