I have to amend my former 2 star review. Instead of just complaining on Unilocal,I called to complain to the owner, and he couldn’t do enough to make it right. He personally made me another pizza, and added desert(at no charge) and it was absolutely delicious. I haven’t had this kind of service in a fast food place before. He really cared that I was happy, and made sure that both the food and the service more than made up for my first experience. Thank You – I’ll be back! OLDREVIEW: I Not good. The pizza was dry and had no flavor. I ordered two pizzas, with two toppings each, and they were both bad. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza, and no sauce, so it was really dry. Tasted like I was eating the box instead of the pizza.

How can Dominos get away with charging $ 19 for a one topping large pizza. We will never order from them again. What a rip off

Hit and miss I find. The pastas and pizzas are ok, and the décor is «tried hard on a limited budget”-chic… A bit worn in spots now. It led the charge in reviving the neighborhood, but I fear they’ll be left behind as the next wave of trendier/hipper/newer spots open.

I like this location. They deliver to Bolsa Chica beach which is were I like to go in my RV and work during the day. They get there faster than I expect and the drivers are really friendly. I have used this location about a dozen times and they are consistently good. I think I would say this location is pizza delivery at its finest.

I’m kind of bummed that I have to write this. I really wanted to give a good review. I ordered one medium pizza online for delivery tonight. I ordered a half veggie/half cheese pizza – which online says it is supposed to feed 2 – 4 people. The quality of the pizza was good. The cheese was a hot, as was the veggies. They were still hot upon delivery. The driver was timely. I said I wanted the pizza here by five thirty PM and the driver actually delivered ten minutes prior to the cut off. All was well… and then we opened the box. What I expected to see was a half cheese, half veggie pizza cut into about eight slices. We got the pizza we ordered, but no one at Domino’s bothered to cut it into slices before boxing it up! I don’t think it’s an unfair expectation to ask for pizza to be cut into slices. After all, all the competitors can do that without needing to ask. I wish someone had actually taken the time to cut it. We cut the pizza up ourselves, but when a pizza place can’t bother to slice up a pizza it makes them seem rather lazy… doesn’t it?

I had the misfortune of ingesting this indigestion«food» last night. Here are the pros and cons: Pro: I didn’t pay for it. My friends, if I may stiil call them that after feeding me this, had ordered and recieved it before I arrived. They normally have better taste in pizza, but it was late, they had been drinking, and lowered their standards enough to order the lowest common denominator of foodstuffs. Con: if there was any justice in the food business, or if the truth in labeling act had a longer reach, dominos should not be able to call their bastardized concoctions«pizza.» Just because it has a dough-based crust, some pre-packaged meat particles and something vaguely resembling cheese, it doesn’t deserve to be in the pizza food group. Pro: Dominos no longer is «Dominos Pizza.» They claim that since they sell other products loosely based on familiar foodstuffs, they’ve dropped«pizza» from their name. I’d like to think that someone, somewhere within the company has a tiny shred of integrity left and decided that the«still life on crust» they serve to the masses should no longer be called«pizza.» Con: when Dominos decided to reinvent themselves a few years back, they made a big to-do about changing their crust. If sprinkling some garlic powder and imitation seasonings on the pan before dropping the same stale dough onto it is their big revolutionary new idea, they should be hanged for treason, or at least marched through town while people threw tomatoes at them. The irony of throwing real tomatoes at them should not be overlooked. Pro: they bring it to your house. Con: now they know where you live. Pro: they have a reasonably easy to use ap for your phone. Con: lazy people use this ap, eat this«food,» and add to the obesity and complacency already overwhelming this country. Con:(I’m all out of pros.) I never trust a cheese that doesn’t melt. Pizza cheese should be thick, gooey, and able to reassemble itself after being sliced. Dominos has nothing like that. I don’t understand how they can claim to use real mozzarella cheese. Actually, I’m not sure they make that claim, but whatever that white stuff is on top of their round looking food-type thing(I just can’t, in good conscience, call it a «pizza,») is like no cheese I’ve ever seen, and would never include it in any meal I would make yourself. Oh, here’s another Pro: you don’t have to make it yourself. Pizza isn’t very easy to make.(Obviously, since Dominos still hasn’t figured it out after all these years.) I mean, it’s not really that hard, but unless you have all the ingredients on hand, an hour to kill, and you’re sober, it’s still a pain in the ass. Dominos just straight out sucks. It’s worse than microwaving a frozen pizza. It should only be that last-ditch effort by drunk people to get something in their stomach besides alcohol, and never as a family meal, lunch, or any other substitute for sustenance. It has no nutritional value, no enjoyable taste experience, and will leave your stomach, your wallet, and your soul feeling violated. The fact that this abomination is still in business makes me weep for the multitude of generations that have kept it alive, as well as renews my admiration for Satan, the prince of the pit, as I’m sure he holds a contract written in the blood of dominos’ owner(s.)

In love with the Domino’s app! It gives you step by step details of your order.“its in the oven. Here comes Oscar with your pizzas” We have decided this particular location has improved. And the delivery drivers are very nice. I will take this Domino’s over Pizza Hut down the street any day. Super Fast for a Friday night and the pizza was delicious Don’t mind at all the flyers on my door. Support your local business!

Like some one else said it’s a hit or miss with this place. The guys on the phone are just idiots if you try to ask them a question. Majority of the workers here are very unprofessional. The food is good that’s why I give two stars. But the guys that work there annoy the heck out of me. I called to place an order for pick up and the guy goes«Kay hang on» and puts me on hold… Like really you can’t say«will you hold please» Never had a complaint with my food or with the cashier. But when calling on the phone it’s just like jeez come on. I can see why my boyfriend ALWAYS orders online, he goes through the same stuff. I continue to come here just because it’s close to home and it is convenient.

Every week my neighborhood is littered with your flyers. If I catch one of your employees littering again, I will swap out all your pizza crust with cardboard. Oh wait… no one will notice. Seriously though — stop with the flyers. 99.9% of them end up in the garbage or blowing all over the complex. Go green! Your pizza sucks, but your marketing tactics are even worse.

It’s hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the pizza u order is good, sometimes not. My last visit for take out really turned me off a month ago. I’m sure there are a few nice employees there but it took just one young tall jerk at prep station who isn’t even the cashier at that time to make me never get take out here again. They were busy when I walked in and I asked a question to the cashier who was busy running around if I can have one of the refrigerator magnets as a polite gesture. One of the guys facing the side wall prepping pizza suddenly yelled no sarcastically at me. I figured, wow that’s what you get for being polite after buying pizza from their business. I used to order from them 1−2x a week, but haven’t since. I just can’t bring myself to after that bad experience. I’d rather use my money on a pizza place with pleasant customer service and pizza done right. I highly recommend«slice of new york pizza» at Huntington harbour. Pizza is way better and people are more professional. There are many people who need jobs with good attitude. The person who hires them at this dominos needs more training

Delivered to here earlier only to discover that it was a prank order. The guy working the front(didn’t get his name) was very helpful & apologetic about the fraudulent order(placed by some unknown jokester). I wasn’t able to leave the pizza there but regardless, the guy tipped me $ 5 for my trouble. Good people working here.

Things are sure getting tight in this new world. Even the Pizza. I am seeing more and more of this cutting back lately. My last Pizza here had barely any cheese or toppings on it. I ordered extra cheese and only got a «Sneeze of Cheese«. I ordered EXTRA pepperoni, there were 6 total pepperoni slices on my large pizza. This thing was 95% soggy dough. Really Sad to be this cheap. Raise your prices a few bucks and try making a good pizza for once. Put those toppings on and stop being a «Dough-Ho»

Dominos Pizza* Bolsa Chicago *. I ordered the Brooklyn XL pizza for a small get together. First off the young man who answered the phone had to ask me every question several times as he could not here me. I am not a meek person and I’m quite loud when I speak so I’m a bit miffed. I double checked with the young man that our gate code was on my account. He verified it was yet the delivery man called me to let me know the gate was locked. I then told him what to do so I could buzz him in. The pizza was absolutely horrible. The sauce was very spicy and had way to much salt. We all ate a few bites then had to throw it away. I wished I would have charged it so I could have it taken off when I called my credit card company. Since I paid cash I can kiss my money good buy. I might as well have just taken a match to my money.

It seems little but they forgot my extra sauces that are 70cent each normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but they said it would tAke 20 mins to deliver it took almost an hour and the pizza was cold and no sauce. The delivery guy said it was in the box which was a lie. It seems as if many people have had the same problems. I’ve always liked dominos but this is the worst one I have ever encountered.

Yes it’s big corporate pizza that is not very authentic but I think they do pretty good job and they’re always trying to make their pizza better to stay competitive. Pretty much the pizza in Southern California blows anyway so it doesn’t bother me too much to order from these guys occasionally. It doesn’t get any easier ordering online and they’re quick and efficient with the delivery. So I’m giving these guys a five star review based on all of that and due to the fact that it pisses me off that people give them one star reviews because they’re trying to market their business in the neighborhood using fliers.

I haven’t had Domino’s in years and some weeks ago I had some with my HS kids and it was ok. So I decided to try their Artisan pizza on my own and ordered the Tuscan Salami & Roasted Veggie. This location is about 1 minute away from where I live so I just drove here and carried out. The pizza’s alright. Not great, definitely much better than I remember from years ago. Ironic enough, with that new crust campaign they had I thought the crust was the weakest part of the pizza. It’s somewhat tasteless and has an odd flavor that emphasizes«blandness» which implies it has a taste to begin with. So kind of a dichotomy. Well, bottom line is it’s ok and I would actually get pizza from them again. Definitely better than Little Caesar’s and I really dig their website, how you can place orders through it and customize your own pizza and even put in coupon codes etc. It’s really well done.
