Domino’s Pizza

Order pepperoni pizzas from here. Pizzas are pretty good for the price. You can’t eat in here since there’s only a small space for the customer to order to go.

I ordered a pizza, I got there 30 mins later, and the cashier (Michael) informed me it had garlic butter even though I asked for none. He says he will make me a new one, I ask if I can have the old one as compensation for my time, he says no.
So apparently I’m supposed to have to come back 15 minutes later and waste my own time for no reason, and he won’t throw me a bone. And I was totally calm and polite. Lame.

I’ve ordered probably 10 pizzas from this place over the year and it’s always been on time and always been what we expected. «really decent pizza for the price».

Dominos has a promotion where if you order so many pizzas you earn one free. However, I ordered large pizzas and when it came time to redeem my free pizza I was only entitled to a small pizza. I guess it is buy six, get a tenth of what you ordered free. All I can say is this promotion is what comes out of the South end of a North bound bull. Never again.

Jose/​Juan since he goes by both is very rude. I got extra extra cheese on both my pizzas and they have bare spots. He said SAVE THEM FOR MY DRIVER AND I WILL SEND NEE ONES IN 30 minutes. Mind you I already wait 1 hour for these. I said can you just credit me 5. Bucks and let’s call it a day? I got little mouths to feed. He said call dominos and other rude things. I almost took him up on the offer what what he said made me think he would spit in it. He kept telling me his name was Jose and he boxed my pizza. But the tracker said that Juan made and boxed it. I asked him why the difference. He said it is the same name?! I called dominos and they only have online guest complaints. Last time I get this place! Mad to say the least.

I ordered my pizza at 9:23pm, the driver came through the front gate at 9:58pm and delivered a cold (and greasy) pizza. I went ahead and ate it because I was hungry and then once finished called the store and spoke to the Manager, Jose just to politely let him know there was an issue.
From the very beginning Jose was mean, adversarial and downright rude. I told him I was not looking for compensation since I ate the pizza, I just wanted to let him know he had an issue with the pizza being delivered cold. I have lost my voice due to a cold and he just kept talking over me saying that «the pizza was delivered an hour ago». I told him that was not relevant and I could not understand why he was being so mean when all I was trying to do was to tell him he had a problem. His behavior was horrible.
At one point he said to me that the pizza was delivered at 9:43pm, when I told him the caller ID on my phone shows that he did not even come through the front gate until 9:58pm, he again kept asking me why I was telling him since it was over an hour ago. What part of I wanted to eat first did you not understand? JOSE, YOUR FREAKING ATTITUDE SUCKS, YOU JERK! I was just trying to be nice and let you know you have a problem with pizzas being delivered cold. I even offered to send you a photo of my caller ID screen proving that he buzzed in at 9:58pm. We went back and forth to finally the last time he said the driver showed it was delivered at 9:43pm I told him that was BULLSHIT (I was then warned about my language) and that his driver was a liar if he marked it delivered before he even buzzed the gate. He was yelling at me by the end of the «conversation» so I ended up hanging up on the irascible idiot.
I will be filing a complaint with corporate and contacting the owner of this franchise because this guy has no business working there.

Well obviously they don’t care enough. Even though I have since sent two messages saying I was never contacted by the owner, no one from that store has done a thing nor has corporate. Really? You don’t care that you have people who are unethical working at your store? Or that someone bullies customers who simply want to provide information for your benefit without asking for something in return.
I am calling on people to BOYCOTT this store and get their pizza from other makers in the area. Hopefully you won’t subjected to the abuse I had to put up with from the manager and delivery drivers who lie about when they put a pizza in a customer’s hands to make themselves look good.

I worked for dominos for three years, I was a loyal customer. Tonight the staff was incredibly rude to my mother and I and decided to cancel our order because my mom was sending food to me since I am low on food. After my mom told me they were rude, I called to see if I could reason with them. They were super rude to me as well. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a company. I loved this pizza place and was a loyal customer for years, unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again since this store is the only store who will deliver to be because of my address. I wrote a letter to corporate tonight so we will see what happens but this location definitely needs some work and to fire some people. Stephanie and Michael were the rudest people, I hope that they get reprimanded for their treatment of loyal customers.

Pizza was OK but the service was horrible some girl with black glasses working there was so rude and disrespectful. I would never go to this place again. My fellow Unilocalers keep away. Spend your money somewhere else not with spending it at this place…

The reason why I I gave them two stars and not one star is because I absolutely their pizza, wings, and Parmesan bread bites, but the workers are so rude. I called to make an order, and the lady I spoke to had a horrible tone and major attitude. I was appalled because all I was doing was asking questions about their deals. I kept my cool, but I wanted to snap back at her.

Staff were so incredibly rude. Different managers told me conflicting things when I called a week in advance asking questions about a big order and then the day I called back to place the actual order. I was so understanding and polite, but the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. When you as a team make a mistake, you should own it and apologize. They are lacking any sense of customer service. Then again, it is just cheap pizza. I don’t think it’s worth the disrespect, however.

Tastes disgusting, it is dry and you can barely see the meat. Go to pizza hut for a better deal and to get actual food. Honestly, the cheapest frozen pizza from Walmart would taste better. The cheese packets cost extra while everywhere else is free even 7eleven!!! Just tragic.

I get delivery pizza from here often but the last two times have been absolutely horrible! Both time my pizzas have been doughy in the middle and apparently they rather loose a customer then fix the problem. Congrats Stephanie!

One star? Try NONE. So I thought I was treating myself to a pizza. Wrong. Horribly rude staff when I placed my order. You’d probably get better over the phone service from a Walmart that only hires foreign time warner cable employe’s selling you delta airline tickets.
They got my order wrong by putting pepperoni on it. I would of just said fuck it and eaten it anyway if I wasn’t a vegetarian asshole. I called to tell them of their mistake, hoping for maybe a new pizza or discount or refund or something. I talked to three different teenage ground sloths who must have all graduated from the same class on how to be completely useless. Even though I felt irritated on the inside I remained polite and relaxed over the phone. Until the manager got on the line. He proceeds to tell me that «according to my record» one time I ordered sausage. Apparently I have a pizza record that can be used against me in the dominos court. I explained that my son eats meat so it was probably for him. He said he didn’t believe me and there was nothing he could do. I tried to explain why this was an injustice but It was all in vain. Which is why I’m here on Unilocal.Feeling this empty hole in my heart for a pizza. A pizza that didn’t cost 18 dollars and brings up memories of mistreatment. I hope this dominos location slips on sauce and can never walk again.

I order a lot of pizza. I placed an order online, specifically because I knew the toppings were complicated and I didn’t want it to be misunderstood. They butchered it and when I called and complained the manager was rude and basically told me tough luck. I’ve had pizzas delivered that were wrong in the past from other places and have always been treated kindly and had the problem straightened out quickly with no questions asked. I would not order from this dominos ever again. There are plenty of other options. Pizza Hut, Papa John’s… Steer clear of this dominos!

I would give no stars if I could. I called to place an order and didnt have my order quit figured out yet. The guy proceeded to tell me «I don’t have f*****g have time to play games.» then hung up on me. Couldn’t believe it. So unbelievably unprofessional.

They have yummy pizza, I have never had a problem with it and it’s never to outragelsouly priced.
However, I have to give it three stars, because of the staff. I have gone a few times to pick it up and never had a problem with staff, until we went one time.
My dad had ordered online and had a half off coupon, something was wrong with the website and their was no place to enter in a coupon. So, me and my mom go to the store to pick up our pizza and it’s not half off. We tell the lady working their that we can call my dad and have him re-​enter our order, and she clearly just said «No, you have to pay full price». My mom tells her to keep the pizza (since we only got it try that night, because it was so cheap), the lady gives us a dirty look, and we leave.
My dad calls the store after we left to talk to someone and complain. The same lady comes on the phone and tells my dad that we were to cheap and didn’t want to pay!
That lady was a total liar! She was absolutely horrible! That is no way to treat anyone, especially customers. She should be fired.

Ordered online, 2 XL. Got 1 XL and 1 large. Tried to call to remedy. Busy or no answer for over 1 hour. No way to communicate online. Gave up… Will file dispute with credit card. That should wake them up.
BTW. Called a different Dominos and they answered on the first ring but they could not help because they are a different franchise.
Gave up trying to find a corporate number.
So bottom line is Dominos still is the last resort for pizza. I avoided them for 20 years, I’ll avoid them for 20 more.

This review is for the take-​out, not delivery. I have never ordered delivery from here, just take-​out. All my experiences have been brilliant. Their prices are a bit cheaper than other Domino’s Pizzas in the area, which is a PLUS. The pizza is always fresh, garlic-​y, and finger licking good. They aren’t cheap on putting a good amount of cheese, and the pizza is always made right on time. I haven’t had one bad experience… yet. && hopefully I won’t! :) Yumm!
TIP: Always check their online coupons and be prepared to be mind blown. Some deals are really a steal!

It’s ok… the new chicken things masked in bad bacon and over fried cheese is gross.
