Mike Laube from Coastal Rain Gutters has replaced all of the rain gutters in our apartment building on Alabama/​Oswego Street and also in our 4-​plex on Waverider Circle in Huntington Beach. Both times he and his workers did an excellent job for a reasonable price. He also replaced the rain gutters for my church at Fairview and Fair. They too were very pleased with the job.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is a group of unprofessional, unorganized, unreliable and dirty inconsiderate people. The ones that came to my house were not only all that but it seems they have no class what so ever. And the management was of no help what so ever. The guy who spoke broken english was the only one who even knew what he was doing. Next time I will pay for professional service as this was no where close to it.

Mike Laube came to give me a quote and then told me they would be out on Friday at 11:00 to clean and fix my gutters. The workmen showed up and then rang my doorbell to tell me they would be back in ½ hour. They left and after an unreturned call showed up at 2:30 with no explanation of why they left. When I asked why, the workmen just shrugged their shoulders and tried to call Mike. He didn’t answer their phone call either. I found this very unprofessional and would not recommend them.

I have used Mike Laube at Costal Rain Gutters (714−625−5452) on two occasions now for copper rain gutters for my home in Sunset Beach. His work is priced fairly, he shows up on time and completes the the job as outlined. He has always met me to bid the job and follows up after the work is completed. He does excellent work and would highly recommend.
PS: not sure on the other reviewer’s comment as I have only dealt with Mike Laube on my work and I can assure you he is very professional.

Work was scheduled for 9 – 930 and they woke us up arriving at 730, not a bad thing just not great when not expected. Workmanship was excellent, what we wanted, and they were very clean (hence the 3 star rating). I would have given them 5 stars if a supervisor would have been there for even some of the job. We were at home during the entire job and a supervisor never showed up at any point. Payment was collected by the guy who spoke broken english! Job cost was moderately higher compaired to other bids but for what we paid I would have expected more QC by the guy with the license.
