Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food tastes great, My family and I eat here all the time. Nice size portions.

Came in 5÷31÷2016 with my coworker at about 10:30 am. I was at first disappointed with the meager partial scoop of chicken on my bowl. My coworker also got the chicken in his burrito and it too was a very weak portion. No big deal though… Until the after effects took place about 5 hours later. Let’s just say we were fighting for the toilet at the job we were at for the rest of the day and it carried thru till evening and finally cleared up this morning. I talked to him this morning and he was in the same boat. Could of been a bug going around can’t say it was the food for sure but he chicken didn’t quite taste right, seemed a tad under cooked. I have never had a problem with my local chipotle (Costa Mesa) but this one I will be steering clear from. Guard your gut.

Came today because I was craving Chipotle, and it was right across from my ULTA stop, so I thought, «why not?»
It was around 6, I think, and we just beat the line that came in.
I got 2 steak tacos on flour tortillas with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. But I didn’t see until too late that guacamole was $ 1.95 extra! And I was already planning on getting chips and guacamole. Had I forseen this I would have gotten chips and salsa with a side of guacamole and skipped it on the tacos (cost a little less and I would have had salsa for my chips!). I’m angry I didn’t see this in advance, but the food was too good.
On the atmosphere; there is a cool table that sits in a V shape, we sat at the corner. The orange plushy seats were comfortable, but whenever someone opened the door (which was a lot), the sun beat down on my friend and I.
Good food, just wish I hadn’t been hit with that sneaky guacamole charge!

Don’t get me wrong, I love chipotle. The reason for this one star is simple based on service. When I go eat chipotle it is usually with my chipotle loving younger brother and we usually get Togo. I got home and my order was completely switched with the lady before me and my tortilla on the side was given to the lady behind me. So nothing was correct. ALSO, as I was ordering, they acted like they didn’t want to be there. They were simple scooping very little compared to the spoon and had very little attitude towards wanting to help.

Walked in to an empty Chipolte (something I have never seen before (but I don’t live around here). As they prepared my food I figured out why it’s empty. My portions of food was lame! Probably 65 to 75 percent of what I get at my local Chipolte which by the way always has a line to the door. Also the cook who looked like he starred in a few Mexican B movies is glaring at everyone. I just hope he isn’t touching himself.

Update*** I wrote a review a couple days ago about the awesome food and service, and how Jose & Brandon are super great, but I couldn’t remember one other persons name. Well we went back on Tuesday the 12^th, and he was working, so I had my husband ask for his name, because I didn’t want to seem like a weirdo. ANTHONY, his name was Anthony. He’s great! Always super smiley and full of energy. He naturally smiles the entire time that he helps us, and it never seems fake or over done. He’s just genuine. His positive energy really makes our Chipotle dates great. Thank you!

This is the only Chipotle that I go to because when I ask for «easy beans» or «extra corn/​lettuce» they actually give it to me! I’ve only had a problem here once where they mistaken my light sour cream for extra sour cream but that’s only one time. They don’t give you attitude when you ask for extra stuff and their customer service isn’t as bad as other locations when it gets busy. The reason why it’s three stars is because there have been a couple instances where the service was bad because it was busy. But at the end of the day, I drive to this Chipotle.
⁰⁵⁄₂₅: changing my review to four stars because they’re finally giving better service. They’re much faster and their staff isn’t just hanging out while you’re standing there awkwardly waiting to order!

Best Chipotle hands down. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and have never gotten any problems (although there may be some learning experiences for the newer employees but that’s to be expected anywhere) but overall it’s always been a pleasent experience. Other chipotles usually under serve on portions or are SUPER slow at service. This one always gets me in and out in a good mood. Any problems and the managers are glad to help. Loyal customer to this location!

I received a message free burrito to lure back, well… it wasn’t the added e-​coli why I never returned. It was the nickel and dime you… before the check out. «Do you want Avocado, $$$» Do you want sour cream, $$$ I almost asked if the Tortilla came with my burrito. Yes, I am exaggerating but I just don’t work this way.
Please people don’t take these 2 stars as everyone’s bad experience it was just my experience before the added e-​coli outbreak.
When I go to get a burger I expect bun top and bottom, meat, sauce, slice of tomato and some lettuce. Could they charge me extra for any of these ingredients that should be in the burger. No.
Again, this was just my experience and my feed back an nobody else.

Looks like they finally figure out their staff. Stopped coming to this location because the line was too long. The employees were too slow and would just talk to each other instead of working.
Came in today, two people working the front, fast and efficient.

Chipotle is as good as it get! Delicious Mexican food. Burritos, bowls, and even quesadillas. Many toppings and meats to choose from and staff is fast and very attentive.
I come here atleast once a month and order a burrito or a bowl. It never fails to satisfy my cravings. The combination of ingredients is pure brilliance. I always get my bowls with chicken, rice, black beans, vegetables, lettuce, corn, sour cream, and guacamole. I also order a side of chips and extra Guac. Many can say its white-​washed Mexican food, but I don’t care. The food is delicious and the service is fast.
Overall, great place for fast food Mexican! Everything is up front and the ordering process only takes 1 – 2 minutes. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Chipotle for all those with Mexican food cravings.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. My husband and I came here for lunch and my food was cold and it all tasted bland. There was no flavor. The chips we got were gross too. Nothing tasted fresh. I will never come back here.

I know that chipotle is getting a lot of blame right now about the whole E. coli situation but I still love chipotle.
This store in particular the staff were very friendly and nice. For example my credit card got declined and they told me” it’s ok this one is on us.” Thank you chipotle!

If you like a lot of rice and very little meat. This place is for you. This place is so cheap with there meat. It frustrates me everything I come here. Don’t come here.

My first time at Chipotle (different location) bad service, disgusting food (found an earwig), and just awful overall
Since then, I have avoided Chipotle like the plague, but this one was great!
Beer and margaritas available, sofritas for vegetarians, and amazing customer service!
The people working were so nice, one of the guys even added a free bag of chips because he said they felt «too light».
The dining area is clean and so are the bathrooms
I have to say that this Chipotle will bring back time and time again

Nothing bad or out of the ordinary when I go here. Not too crowded for a Chipotle either. There was still a line but it did move fast like all the others.
I usually get a bowl with black beans and chicken. Top it off with their roasted veggies and I am good to go!
If I remember I ask for the tortilla on the side and snack on it during the day. No extra charge for that!
It’s a good lunch spot as it is walking distance from work. The restaurant is nice and clean enough where I can sit there and eat if I feel like it. Usually opt for that and enjoy it right away.
Wish there was a rewards programs… I’d probably go more if they added it but for now every once in a while is fine. The burritos are super filling, I really only need half so that is technically two meals!

Missing ingredients!
Don’t order online, this place will rip you off.
I placed an online order for a Veggie Burrito. I am missing the lettuce, cheese, sour cream, AND guacamole!!! It would have been ok if it was missing 1 item… but 4 missing items (especially the guacamole) is totally unacceptable.
My wife’s chicken bowl is also missing sour cream.

Came here because I got a buy one get one free entrée.
My favorite is the burrito bowl. I used to get a rice bowl but that was too much rice. I also tried the salad bowl but didn’t like that because I liked the sauces on my salad (not dressing) so the burrito bowl seems to be the best out of what I wanted.
I read some tips on getting your money’s worth and the one that stuck with me is when ordering the meat. you first choose 1 meat you like, then when the employee puts that in the bowl, you then ask for another meat. (DO NOT tell them you want 2 meats to begin with or else they’ll only give you a little of each) it doesn’t cost more to get 2 types of meats and you basically get more meat for our order.

What in the world??? Just left here very unimpressed. Came here because we wanted something quick and healthy. Been to other Chipotles and this one isn’t up to par.
They were out of Carnitas. Fine.
The three guys in front of me got these huge jumble bowls. Exactly what I wanted.
When it was my turn, the lime rice was gone because they took it all.
1)I waited but two things that really upset me was I got about ½ of what the other guys got.
2)He scooped twice on the rice and the guy in the first station lost ½ spoonful on the second scoop. He then proceeds to pick up the rice he lost on the counter with his hands and threw it into my bowl. WTF???
Quite honestly, this and that being told that I wanted this item to dine in which I got it to go just made it that much more difficult to enjoy. I didn’t get my water cup either. The bathroom was taken by the worker who was in charge of cooking. All in all, it just sucked.
I know why I don’t go to Chipotle but I would totally stay away from here. Staff here does not seem well trained.

Worst service I had for such a great tasting food spot! Out of Beef and White rice! Seriously? The girl at the tortilla heat press was slow and tells the people in the back they are out of beef and rice when it’s completely empty. Of course none of the items were ready to fill! Disastrous! Took forever and instead of helping others in line, the line came to a dead stop. This is totally unacceptable since I counted 6 workers all standing around. Are they brain dead? When I finally got my burrito the girl tried to charge me for a bowl and my burrito. I told her twice I didn’t order a bowl but she wasn’t paying attention and charged me anyways. I had to explain three times! Terrible service! Let’s get some professionals to run this shop instead off bunch of brain dead kids.
