Haven’t been here in a while. This place is very understaffed and the restrooms are not very clean. The staff is very good though and the food is OK but you would be much better off going through the drive-​through for faster service. They seem to give the drive-​through priority

Not a bad CJ’s, it sucks that the girl running the drive through didn’t speak English. Perhaps I should learn to speak Spanish. I mean this is Orange County.
Bottom line this is a good CJ’s, this is the location where I first saw free refills back in the 1980’s. This location stays busy and the employees do A good job getting you the food that you ordered. The drive through is OK, not too many mistakes.

I’ve never had an issue like other customera have described. Always delicious with usual customer service. I always go here for late night grubs

This place really does suck. I go here out of desperation but think I’m going stop coming here period. It keeps getting more and more shady. Bums everywhere. Long wait time for no reason. Stale tasting buns. If you order anything with a special request they’ll most likely ruin it. Yea. Avoid! Best part? Check out this zombie-​apocalypse style barricade they installed in the drive thru window! How ghetto is that? I guess the workers needed some sort of barriers from the homeless walkers outside…

Sooooo happy they have the natural burger! No antibiotics no hormones not guilt I am in for my not so guilt pleasure. I like the cashier at the drive through on Wednesday nights she is bubbly and sweet!

Talked to the GM today he apologized and refunded my money and gave me a free meal. Found out the redhead was a supervisor on duty last night so that just made me know not to ever return to his location unless her people skills are improved. I would give the manager Robert 5 stars he was understanding and nice.

The bar for this franchise is certainly lower than the average franchise but this location has done me good on each visit. First, it’s open long after most of OC has said their 9PM prayers and the sinful daughters of the religious elitists have already snuck out of their bedroom windows. Any place I can go to for late nite munchies is a thumbs up Fonzie style (can’t go to JITB each time).
Second, on the rare occasion I sat in for a burger (their ½lb burgers are pretty good!), the staff TCB.
Third, they’ve never flopped, failed, or fucked up an order for me yet — not even for drive-​thru! That, and Maggie seemed to really haul ass and be working hard today.

The management at this establishment somehow hired a bunch of inbreds for their employees. The drive thru took 20 minutes and when we finally got our food it was the wrong order and cold. The employees definitely deserve to be working at a Carl’s Jr with that service.

This place sucks, very bad customer service they took forever to take my order and to get my food I probably waited 45 min and it was to go DONT COME HERE

I gave this place a few chances, since I live right next to it. Any time I go for fast food, I order a single burger, and that’s it. At this location, that takes about 20 minutes to get. I’m a patient guy and don’t mind waiting 20 minutes, but it’s definitely not up to the Carl’s standard. Also, since 6 dollar burgers literally cost about 6 dollars now, you’d think the beef would be of better quality. The beef reminds me of a vending machine burger, if you’ve ever had one of those before.
Unfortunately, there is no redeeming quality at this particular Carl’s location. It’s dirty, slow, low quality, and depending on what time of day you go, you’re likely to get harassed by the homeless guys that apparently live in the bushes around the building.
Don’t be like me, just drive/​walk/​bike a little further and go somewhere else.

Nasty. Smells funny, dirty place (pickles, ketchup and other condiments on window ledges), half the lights are out, pay to use the restroom (so if you’d like to wash your hands before your meal, not gonna happen). Since I’m not from the area, it’s unlikely that I would return not that I would even if I were dragged kicking & screaming.

this place is a joke! at this particular place they have no pride in their work or product. everytime i order something here the burgers completely smashed or onion rings and fries are soggy and cold.

I’m giving this Carl’s Jr 4 stars. The food is your standard Carl’s Jr menu, however, I wanted to counter some of the negative staff reviews. I stop at this location once or twice a week before 7 am to grab some heavy breakfast food that will hold me over for a extended period.(I’m an RN an work busy 12 hour shifts) I am regularly greeted by the gentleman who works these early hours, with a friendly and warm hello. How is you’re week going? How is you daughter, did she have a good first day of school? I cannot speak for the the rest of the days staff, but the early morning staff is exceptional, going beyond the standard fast food hustle and bustle. I’ve actually looked forward to my early morning interaction to help start my day off on a positive note.

I ordered the Super Bacon Cheeseburger for $ 3.99
The Beef was good, the Cheese was great and the Bacon was overflowing.

Dirty and run down. Go somewhere else.

This is the slowest, dirtiest, and dumbest Carl’s out there! There’s quite a few others within a couple miles. Go somewhere else!

I came to this location after work on 4÷10÷12 at around 9pm and while waiting in the drive thru, I saw a RAT run across and slip under the back door! Needless to say, I couldn’t reverse fast enough. I called to let them know and who ever answered didn’t seem surprised. According to him, that door leads to an office that «doesn’t have access to the kitchen» but thanks for calling and he’ll take care of it. Not very reassuring… Eat at your own risk!

A few nights ago, nothing sounded really good to eat. Then I remembered back in my college days I used to get Green Burrito nachos every once in a while. They weren’t great, but weren’t horrible, either. And I don’t think I’d eaten them since college, so I figured «why not».
Big. Mistake.
Worst nachos ever. I had to wait a long time since they didn’t have things ready. I should have inspected them before I left. No guacamole, pico that looked just pathetic, and only little bits of chicken here and there. I ate about three bites then threw it out.
I’m from a background that ingrained the belief that you eat everything, don’t let it go to waste. I follow this rule unless the food itself isn’t safe to eat anymore. This was probably the first time in a couple years that I wasted close to an entire meal.
Never coming to this Carls/​Green Burrito ever. Ever!

I feel for the last reviewer. How is it that 9 out of 10 times I go through the drive-​thru here, day or night, I am asked to wait in the parking lot for my order to be completed?! I’m not ordering it «my way», I’m not ordering for 20, it’s not one person that’s «out to get me», I don’t think I’ve offended anyone. I’ve got to blame the dim bulb that hires this crack crew. I’m seriously curious as to what kind of training procedure they go through.
I know. There are a million other Carls to pick from. It’s just that this one is too darn convenient to get to.
I can’t wait for my kid to outgrow Chicken Stars…

Are you into masochism? Do you like people to treat you like dirt? Well — then, come here.
My expectations are always low when it comes to fast food joints — so please don’t think I’m harping on the service with 5-​star expectations. I definitely am not. But I’ve never been consistently treated so poorly at a restaurant, fast food or otherwise. Were it not for proximity, I would never have come back — but, after today, having finally learned my lesson, I won’t again.
I am not sure what the issue is with one of the drive thru employees here, nor am I sure why she still works here, but without fail when she’s working, my order comes out wrong, and I have the privilege of having it thrown back at me with a snarl. Oh you think I am kidding? Nope — literally I’ve had food thrown at me. Because don’t you know — it’s always the customers’ fault.
Food’s fine for Carl’s, you know what you’re getting. I don’t have issues with the food at all. But the customer service here is non-​existent. Drive elsewhere — it’s just not worth the raise in blood pressure.
Oh, and Little Miss Thing — FYI, I know I may not look like I would, but te oigo y te entiendo.
