Burger King

Do fast food restaurants really know how to make an actual SPICY burger nowadays? After my Wendy’s review from a couple of weeks ago, I’m afraid I’ll have to give Burger King my same thought (s) as far as a «spicy burger» is concerned.
First of all, who came up with the name «Angry/​Angriest Whopper» for BK’s famous signature burger (I’ll let that sink in for a bit). Second, if BK’s Whopper is considered «angry,» then why doesn’t it really *taste* that way? Ok ok, depending on taste buds, but from my experience on the «Angriest Whopper,» I expected the spiciness to kick in right away like how Slater’s 50/50’s 50-​Alarm Burger would (sure, it’s not really apples-​to-​apples on how they are prepared). The bun actually tasted SWEET, not spicy!!!
And you know what’s really sad about my «angriest whopper» today? I actually tasted little to no spiciness until about 10 minutes before I was about to leave the restaurant (Really LOL). And another thing I wanted to point out — I just can’t put my finger on that «red bun.» *Sigh* Seriously, Burger King, this Whopper was just a big let down for me. And don’t get me started on my fries being LUKEWARM instead of pipping hot.
Oh, and it gets worse: I had a coupon for 2 Grilled Dogs and a large French Fry for $ 4, but apparently, the 2 grilled dogs are for the «Classic Dogs» only, not for the classic AND/​OR Chili Cheese Dogs. Really? REALLY??? Give people a chance.
I don’t know what else to say about this place. Except to stay away.

If you plan to come to this Burger King and ask for Togo, make sure you check all your food items. I ordered a whooper meal and 10 piece chicken nuggets. Went back to work and pulled out chicken sandwich and chicken fingers. No whopper no nugget. How do you get a simple order wrong?

I like going here during the evening sometimes. My husband embarrassed me because he referred to the older guy as the «Mexican Barry White.» Dude has a super deep, sultry voice. Haha. He is helpful when we don’t know what to order. He’ll be like, «Have you ever tried our tacos? Would you like to add a peanut butter pie to your order?»
All I order for myself is the veggie burgers and fries combo. When we order for the rest of the family, anything goes.

I’m really surprised this Burger King is still open. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and they gave me a tender crisp chicken sandwich. My drink wasn’t even filled all the way. The men working looked completely lost. Last two times I ordered with my husband they gave him the wrong burger. I felt like giving them another chance but it’s sad that they just have this attitude like they don’t care at all. Very disappointed. I the BK that closed at Utica was still open.

This place is so disgusting! The trash was coming out of its bin. There was a pile of self serve ketchup on the counter. Like a big blob of it. There was no ice in the soda machine. The tables weren’t cleaned. Left over food was left on empty tables. The whole place was so dirty and no one seemed to care about it. How do people sit there and eat and how as workers can you sit there all day and not think its gross! Seriously the worst!

Not much has changed in prices or the food since my last review at BK. But the competition has improved quite a bit. Taking that into account, the food just isn’t acceptable anymore. I can eat much better quality food for LESS money.
Sorry BK. Maybe I’ll come back when I forget how mediocre you are… Or maybe you’ll improve the food and give away a million burgers to get me to try it again.

The inadept folks at this distinguished establishment forgot to simply secure a lid on the barbecue sauce in my bag of food. Barbecue sauce everywhere. I wish this could be more of a criticism on the establishment as a whole, but sadly it only boils down to hiring stupid people that don’t realize securing lids on dipping sauces is an important thing.

I ordered the Rodeo Chicken Sandwich & Jalapeño Chicken Fries for $ 4.99
The Chicken was good, the Onion Rings were delicious and the BBQ was very good.
The Jalapeño Chicken Fries were great.
A satisfying Meal from this Drive Thru.

I just had a chicken sandwich with medium fries and my stomach was burning all night. I also felt nauseous and attempted to throw up the food with no luck. I should have known better realizing that there were no cars present in this establishment’s parking lot and an empty drive through. I am beginning to believe I got food poisoning. I will never return again. This place needs to be shut down.

Terrible experience at the burger king on beach. I walk in to get some chicken and the ONE cashier is confused trying to assist a customer. She does not greet me or apologize for the wait. I decided to wait to make my order when I realize all the tables are dirty or wet. I asked the cashier how long it would take to place an order and she completely ignored me. I would never return to this location.

Breakfast is good… can’t really complain. However I really am tired of the workers not speaking English well and getting the orders wrong. We were at the Beach before we realized that that the breakfast entire order was wrong! How hard is «2 No. 5’s… sandwich only». This is happening way too often and is getting really annoying. When I have to pay approx. 4 dollars for a sandwich… that efing sandwich better be spot on. To add insult to injury the sausage sandwich (which we didn’t order) tasted like soap, take a sausage patty and dip it in diluted dishwashing liquid, then bite it and you’ll get the idea.

I’d give negative stars if I could. The customer service here is AWFUL. They don’t say hello, or thank you or nothin. They act as though taking your order and money is a HUGE annoyance. And to top it off, they cannot get an order correct. Just paid $ 8 to have these incompatent, unfriendly, people give me the wrong burger. Again. And you want $ 15 an hour? What a joke. Thank god for Jack n the Box across street! Avoid this location!

I would give this place no stars if I could. It’s right around the corner and every single time I have gone here, they either mess up my order or they don’t have whatever I want. I went there tonight and ordered some buffalo chicken fries and they gave me regular chicken fries that were cold. And the fries must have been made an hour ago. And they have a screen to order but they always «give you the total at the window» which is fishy because they don’t seem like they get the price right either. I will NEVER go to this place again which is sad because I used to like Burger King…

This is worst location I ever visited. The sign said it was open at 6:00AM. I was there at 6:20 AM and I saw employee in kitchen, but they won’t open the door. They just ignored me.

The food was great so was the service. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have the «black burger» that I’ve seen advertised everywhere. Besides that it was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was surprisingly really clean inside and out.
We ordered chicken fries, medium fries, two salads and a double whopper. Everything was excellent. The cashier I forget his name but he deserves a raise!

You have no idea how much I love the food here… I’m currently drooling just thinking about it…
I get coupons for burger king from my mailbox and I use them. (duh) The only thing I absolutely HATE about this place is service.
Man, how bad can this place get? I walked in, no one in line. I made eye contact with the cashier, who was doing NOTHING when I came in. She saw me, turned around and pretended to work on something else… Bitch I see you, what’s good? lol, anyway, I wait with my coupon in a non existent line with a cashier doing nothing. She eventually sighs, yes, sighs, and says «May I help you?»
Ooh, I was about to ask for the manager and leave, but the smell of food was calling for me, so I ordered.
I know that was a bad decision but I was hungry. :(
The food is delicious but the service is atrocious.

Food is what you can expect, haha.
But, the service here is really good. Everyone is nice and friendly, especially the manager. The interior is really clean, as well as the restrooms and everything is well stocked. They’re quick and they always get the order correct, and don’t huff and puff if you ask for anything extra.

Ordered 2 sausage burritos only did not get sausage in them, I was the only one in line in the drive thru and i can tell inside was empty from the lack of cars so you can’t say they were in a rush! The eggs and the crap load of peppers I did get were tasteless! Have you heard of salt and pepper?! Waste of money. Yes it is Burger King and its just fast food but if you are not going to try then don’t be open and take people’s money.

The only saving grace was the manager on duty. The girl and boy working behind the counter were extremely rude.
Both had a «too cool to be here» attitude and were obviously new employees. You’d think that’d make someone try harder.
The girl got my order wrong, making wait even long (was in a bit of a rush) and listening in on other customers going back to the counter, she screwed up theirs too
