Food is made to order and always fresh. Good sized portions served with meals. Soup is very good. Love the Orange Chicken — quite good. They deliver — which is also cool. Always a good meal from Big Chopsticks!

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some pretty horrible Chinese food before. First of all, they told me it would take 45 minutes to deliver and it ended up taking almost 2 hours. The fried rice taste like chemicals and the broccoli looks so disgusting that I don’t even want to touch it. The Kung Pao shrimp had two pieces of shrimp and basically an entire onion. I didn’t think a restaurant could be that cheap but I guess I was wrong. I will never come here again, I will never recommend this place, and I highly recommend that you don’t even waste your time looking at their menu. If there are any good reviews here they are most likely fake. Also, ironically they didn’t give us chopsticks… even though it’s called chopsticks…

Awesome food for a great price. Everytime I order is the orange chicken large. Each entrée order comes with so much food you will have left overs for atlesst 2 more meals.

Half of the food was tasteless and the other half was just ok. The hot and sour soup tasted like water and chicken with bamboo had no flavor. Orange chicken, low mein and pot stickers were ok but not delicious as we were hoping for. It’s expensive to order grubhub from here and now we now not to make that mistake again.

Ordered delivery at 10:58am. Food arrived at 12:45pm. I give Kevin credit, he deducted $ 10 from our bill. Still, 2 people took lunch from our office with NO FOOD.
I guess Big Chopsticks expects us to eat with our hands and feet because they didn’t give us any forks, spoons, chopsticks, or shovels to eat with. Even though we asked for hot sauce they were probably thinking that since we’re eating with our hands we didn’t want get hot sauce on our fingers so they didn’t bother giving us any.
The icing on the cake, asked for coke zero which they didn’t have. OK coke will do. What shows up in the mystery brown bag? PEPSI!!! DAMN YOU BIG CHOPSTICKS!!!

Food was ok. Like ehhhhh. Not like bad, but not like… flavorful either?
The cream cheese fried wontons looked a little burnt and weren’t that good.
Good for my lazy days when I don’t feel like cooking and don’t want pizza delivered.

Delivery took 1 hr-​10 minutes, a little long. The food was decent but could have been hotter and the chow mein was a little stiff. It’s probably pretty good if you pick up… But there are closer places I’d go to first.

Food is always really good. Delivery takes forever, so if you want it ASAP, find another place. They also don’t give receipts, so you have to make a copy if you want a receipt (if you are a business or something). Utensils are sometimes there, sometimes not. It’s a hit and miss. I am regular, though, because the food is good and give you a lot.

I placed a delivery order and the food just arrived and I haven’t even taken a bite. For one, I can’t take a bite because I did not receive any plastic-​ware. Two, I received a Coca-​Cola instead of bottled water. Three, I didn’t receive any napkins. and FOUR!, my order took 70 minutes to arrive after placing my order after 3PM. What is the hold up? They are within just a few miles of my location. 3PM is well beyond the lunch rush. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Food tasted so bad. The food is not even hot when it arrived. The delivery guy looks creepy, he kept staring at me.
If u do want to have bad dinner with family, you can go head and try the food here. Totally sucks

My wife likes it so I have no choice. But I always end up eating way too much. So that’s why 4 stars cause it makes me eat too much.
I called and asked to place an order for delivery. The guy says,” you want delivery or pick-​up?“
I ordered medium Orange Chicken. The guy says,” you want medium or large?“
I ordered medium Kung Pow chicken. The guys says,” you want medium or large?“
I said I’d like to pay with credit card. The guys asks,” how you want to pay“
Am I getting punked or what?
Its sooooooooo good, I think I’ll take a nap.

Menu came in mail and we decided to try this Chinese place. There are only 2 tables inside which made me nervous. So we decided to order food to go. While we waited a lady came in to pick up her food. Her bag of food was big and I said, You must like this place.” she said Yes, they have the best Chinese food. (Later I must say I think this is a great place for take out)
We ordered the Wonton soup, lemon chicken, and Mongolian beef, and a side of white rice. Cost was about $ 27. It was packaged very good.
The portions are very big. I was very happy with the lemon chicken. It was better than 4 other places I have tried over the years in Huntington Beach. Slightly breaded & sliced, sauce was in separate container and perfect. He enjoyed his Mongolian beef. Good flavor.
All was reasonably priced. We will be back for take out.
Ps this place does not serve pork.
