Best Towing Service

This is the second time I have used best towing both times service drivers were knowledgeable. Today my car key deprogrammed itself and locked the steering wheel. Sean-​41 was very knowledgeable on how to tow my car with a locked wheel, he was kind and most had a suggestion to take me home to find my extra key instead of a very slow ride to another city for Mercedes dealer. I would suggest Best towing for excellent service!,

It’s very unfortunate when an employee driver with a business logo on the vehicle is absolutely oblivious of the most basic responsibility of common courtesy and safety on the road. A driver representing your company was driving east bound on the 91 fwy with a flat bed truck and was conducting himself with blatant disregard for other motorists and for your company as well. He was driving aggressively at over 85mph and was in and out of lanes and even straddling two lanes between the carpool and #4 lane. It would appear that your organization should revisit the company vehicle policy or create one. Vehicle was a flat bed tow truck towing a Nissan Maxima, black in color. License plate on tow truck had 84037U but not certainly in that order.

It’s never a great day when you lock your keys in your car… and who isn’t in a rush these days? Well, it was only 30 min from the minute I placed my call to AAA that I was on my way to my next destination. Amazing. OK, so it was Saturday morning, maybe not rush hour on a freeway, but still… very impressed. Even more so at the friendliness of the service driver, Jeff M., who had a shirt that said «Mike», but he explained that he was new and his shirt hadn’t arrived yet. Jeff was attentive and super friendly. Thanks for the great service BEST Towing… and kudos to Jeff! Thank you!

My husbands car was towed here Mon. night after an accident. He talked to them 3 times today about getting personal items out of the car today since it was totaled. They Knew I (wife) was coming today to clear out the car. When I got there I was told another company came and towed it 20 mins. earlier to ranch cucamonga. Best blamed on on the other company for lying saying my husband din’t want to get anything out of the car so she released it. Taking no responsibility. Hoping we get our valuable belongings back.

Driver #43-​Richie knows his business and his work motto *ONCE I GET HERE YOUR CAR IS MINE MEANING I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AS IT WAS MINE* my ’92 240sx 4 inches off the ground and clutch took a crap called aaa and Richie called he said he’d be there in 5, sure enough he was down to earth guy with mad work skills on the towing business got the 240 on the flat so damn careful that I don’t know if I would’ve had the patience to do it my self. great job Rich.

Steven was amazing! From the second he got there to three hours later when we found out my car was screwed he was wonderful! He was funny fun caring open helpful and all around a great guy! I don’t consider my self unlucky to have gotten a flat with a spare and lug nuts that are useless but lucky to have met such a great guy! I wish you and your family best of luck! I had called best towing and explained to them my towing situation, they sent someone out and from the moment the driver arrived he seemed to be irritated and unfriendly. When I showed him the job he told me it was impossible and started taking pictures for some reason. After taking pictures he walked away and called someone I heard him say something like these’s A$@ holes and few other words then after. After pacing back and forth for a few minutes He walked back to his truck and left. My biggest issue is the driver was a prick and they lady who set it up was told about the situation and failed to send the proper person to do the job.

I’m leaving a review although I did not use their service. I just called, they were busy and had a wait, the guys on the phone was so helpful he referred me to someone who did help me right away. Now that is Customer service!

Steve got to us in 10 short minutes and even asked if we were hungry or thirsty after apologizing for our «wait». Incredibly friendly and I’m extremely confident my boyfriend’s vehicle is being well taken care of from our location to our auto shop tonight. Thanks Steve!

The fees here are absolutely too high. Huntington Beach PD had them tow my car for having expired tags.
The tow was about 1 mile and they stored my car for less than 24 hours but they charged me $ 341.00. I can’t believe that this is even legal for them to do.

Called this morning for a tow. I was told it would be 30 minutes or less. Called 40 minutes later and was told 15 minutes or less. Arrived 20 minutes later. So a total of 30 minutes late since it was an hour after my first call.
2 stars = Meh, I’ve experienced better.

I noticed my car was having trouble shifting gears and was have trouble accelerating while I was on the road, so I pulled over to a parking lot and looked on Unilocal for a towing service – this place had the best reviews in my area.
I called in and was quoted less than an hour, no more. After an hour and half, I called the dispatcher, and was quoted another 30 minutes. Fast forward to a total of two hours later after the first call, the towing truck was still a NO SHOW. I was upset because my friend and I were stranded in a parking lot with no shade, and the weather unnaturally in the high 90’s with no close shops nearby to even buy drinks. I called again and the dispatcher told me that it would be ANOTHER HOUR AND HALF before a tow truck would arrive, making the total wait time to be 3 and half hours.
I am a generally patient and nice person, but everyone has their limit. So naturally I expressed my frustration towards the whole process, and to be honest, I was just overwhelmed and told them to cancel the towing service; I was just going to call another service. About five minutes after the call, while I was on Unilocal again looking for another towing service, I received a call from this company stating that someone would be there in 10 minutes… and guess what, someone miraculously came 15 minutes later! I’m not sure if that’s exactly good service, but I would’ve preferred if they would’ve just sent someone out in the time they quoted me…
²⁄₅: Total wait time for tow service was about 2 hrs and 20 minutes, I was quote less than an hour.

These people suck! Waiting for a hour and a half and keep getting the bullshit runaround! Just be honest and tell me what’s up and I’ll call someone else! Fuck u guys! On golden west and warner near their yard and I gotta wait this long I could have walked to their yard and told the person who runs it what a jerkoff they are and been back already! Best towing my ass!

Long story short: the guy got the vehicle to the mechanic without destroying it.
Unfortunately, some details do count, such as verifying the address, calling the number provided to confirm pickup, knowing how to operate the vehicle being towed (for example, knowing how to release the parking brake).
The guy who arrived did none of these things. He stopped across the street because our neighbor has a similar model vehicle, he never called to confirm anything (and neither did the dispatch office), and he reloaded the vehicle in the middle of the road because he figured that was easier than releasing the parking brake. Thankfully, it wasn’t a busy road.
According to my mom, he also has the handwriting of a doctor’s prescription. She needs the info to get reimbursed through her insurance, and the guy was like «What? It’s there, I wrote it».
Yeah, great example of professionalism right there.
I called this company only because higher rated tow shops didn’t answer the phone or no longer provide service in this part of Orange County. I’m probably not going to call again after this.

Couldn’t have asked for better service when I was stranded on the side of the road. Michael Cook showed up very quickly, was extremely professional, very friendly, and didn’t look/​smell like a dirty driver you tend to come across. I was back on the road in no time.
It’s great to see someone who has been in the business for so long still providing such high quality, first class service with a smile on his face. Can’t say enough good things about the experience as a whole.

Best Towing deserves their name. The original tow company I was going to use contacted me 45 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time and canceled.
Leaving me to scramble at the last minute to find a replacement to tow my project car to the shop.
Best Towing quoted me a fair price and said they would have a flatbed at my location within an hour. The flatbed arrived on time. Jim the driver was professional and offer suggestions of local businesses that could help me complete work on my project car.
In the future, my first call for towing wil be Best Towing!

Much like the previous poster, yes I ran out of gas and had to call AAA. People were honking & pretty upset w me because I was in the road. They called Best Towing & Mike came in about 10 mins! He was so nice I was so embarrassed & upset & he was like «eh this happens all the time, don’t worry about it.»
They’ve come when I had a flat once also (that one NOT my fault) and again super nice & super fast!
