, a broker. In two cases, a pick-​up from the airport and transfer to Laguna Beach cost me over 500 dollars each. Reason: Wait time of two hours. The driver had arrived 10 minutes before the landing of the plane, knowing full well that it takes the passengers more than an hour to get through customs. In one case, they refunded half of the wait time, saying they made a mistake. Yeah, this making mistakes seems to be done systematically in modern-​day U.S.
Folks, no wonder Über takes over the industry; it is definitely your own fault!

Best Chauffeured is mine and my husband’s go to company for airport transfers or for a fun night out with a group of our friends. All of their vehicles from town cars to their executive buses are extremely nice, new and clean. All of the drivers we have had are amazing and very professional.
One of the greatest things about using Best is that they are worldwide so anywhere you travel to, you are able to have a vehicle waiting for you at the airport or wherever you may need one. We live in Huntington Beach and got married in South Carolina and needed buses to transport our guests to and from the hotel and venue and Best made it a very seamless experience.
It is extremely easy to book a car with Best and now they have a mobile app which makes it even easier!

I used Best Chauffeured for our wedding and they did not disappoint! We used 3 of their vehicles and EVERY SINGLE ONE was immaculate! I hate when limo companies show pictures of gorgeous limos on their website and then an old smokey outdated limo shows up to your house. Not Best, all of their limos, busses and vans are clean, updated and sleek looking. Would absolutely use them again for any event!

Best is simply, the absolute top eschelon of transportation available. My experience with them has always been flawless, as they bend over backwards to provide a great experience for their clients. I was treated with respect and despite regularly booking with short notice or during busy times my reservations panned out smoothly.
I reccomend using them for single passenger transport all the way up to large groups as they have separate departments for different sized groups.
Their vehicles are the newest and nicest available and they will stock the cars with special requests if you have them.
Their drivers are very professional and knowledgeable and mine have always seemed to know if I needed peace and quiet or if I wanted some nice conversation on a long trip.

Was okay. I was spending a few thousand on four charter buses I needed for a really big event I was holding and wanted to see what they looked like before I paid them. I came in twice and they were not there, and when I told them to call me whenever they were there, they never did. One of the buses had a broken stereo system. The office is super disorganized. After I paid about 3700 $, I got an email saying I had a credit of 1730 $. I was honest and told them they were not charging me enough… though they said I was still overcharged and they credited me 450 $ back. Whenever I try emailing them about possibly booking them again, I never hear back. I think the company is really a tow company that stores limos there because when I went in person to pay, the lady at the front desk thought I was crazy when I inquired about the limos. charter buses were nice for being charters. I’d use them again… if they’d ever answer me emails or returned my calls.

This company has some wonderful drivers and employees! They took care of our company for a full week while we hosted our annual client conference down at the Balboa Bay Club.
They picked up our clients at the airport, took them to whale watching, shopping and tide pool excursions, to and from golf (twice) and to and from dinners. They were on it, especially Eric! We rented the full gamut of vehicles… sedans, mini buses and their huge coach.
There was a shopping excursion to Laguna Beach and he and the driver David were so great!!!
David, John and Eric are excellent… unfortunately there is always a bad one in the bunch.
One of their drivers named Chris had a bad attitude the afternoon I worked with him. We were at Oak Creek golf course and he kept grumbling that his dispatcher booked him too tight and since my clients were late he was going to miss his next client at the airport. Long story short the guy needs to act more professional on the job… don’t complain about the client DIRECTLY in front of the client! Duh!

If your looking for transportation call Supershuttle. Very unproffesional staff and rude. I can go on and on if I were you I would take a shared ride and save your money.

I have used Best Transportation on two occasions. Once to take me to Long Beach for a cruise and the other time to LAX. Both experiences were fantastic!!! The drivers were nice, friendly and catered to my needs. On the occasion we used them for transporation to LAX as the driver was loading our bags he found out we were going to Tennessee for a Country Music Festival. When we got in the limo our favorite country music station was playnig! Talk about awesome service.
