would love to be able to give this place more stars, but 4 out of 5 times I’ve stopped in to buy gas(BRANDNEWPLACE) — I’ve had to go inside to get my receipt. Even with their new car wash(which I did try, but it wasn’t as good as the car wash on Warner and Beach — this one left a lot of dirt and the rinse isn’t spot free — and it costs more than the Warner/Beach wash) — but I digress. Before they remodeled and revamped, I stopped in for gas regularly — good location, no problems. Since the remodel, I’ve had to lock up the car, go inside, wait in line and ask for my receipt 4 out of the 5 times I’ve given them a chance to fix it. After the first time(my first visit) I had to go inside for my receipt, but I figured they were new, so it was a fluke. Second visit — had to lock up, go inside, wait in line for the receipt. Third time — same thing. 4th time — finally — the receipt printed out. Today — 5th and FINAL visit — had to lock up, go inside, wait in line for the receipt. I complained to them on the third visit — and this visit. I’m done with them. Will use the Arco on Beach and Adams. It’s one thing if you want to buy stuff inside, but quite another if you’re looking for convenience and speed when filling up on the way to or from work. Cannot stand it when a business doesn’t pay attention to details like that and I won’t support them.
