Hannah did an amazing job with my lashes. She took her time and made sure I was very comfortable. My lashes came out amazing. It been about three weeks now and my lashes still look good. Hannah is the girl to go too.

Honestly the customer service and staff is amazing here! They’re always welcoming and willing to accommodate your needs at all times. I’ve been coming here for months now and I plan on continuing to get my lashes done. All of the girls are great at what they did, but I usually book with Jordan. I love her style a lot, but if you plan on booking with her you must do it in advance because she has a lot of girls that want their lashes done by her. Hazel is amazing as well, but if they’re booked, no worries all the other girls will take great care of you! I’ve told my friends about this location and we all love it!

Jasmine is very good! She took her time and did a great job on my lashes. If you do any modeling, stage work, or working with the public you definitely want your lashes to be on point!
UPDATE: After having eyelash extensions for two weeks I discovered there are a few drawbacks:
#1. These lashes attract dust and dirt like crazy and made my eyes itch.
#2. If you touch or rub your eyes at all some of the eyelash extensions will fall out quick.
#3. Having to get nearly 100% of your lashes replaced every 2 ½ weeks is VERY EXPENSIVE. There is no way I can keep up with this. Sorry Amazing Lash Studio, I cancelled my membership.

I have been giving Amazing Lash Studio a try for the past couple months and I have to say every time I went in there, something went wrong.
The first time I was there to get a full set put on, the stylist kept getting glue or whatever adhesive they use for their lashes in my eye to the point where it was burning so badly I kept having to go wash my eyes out. Later on I found out I shouldn’t have experienced any pain or irritation… that should’ve been a huge red flag.
I got fills for two months and the lashes would not last very long on me. About two weeks after each fill, I had almost no eyelashes left. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my eye itching with pain and just lashes falling out left and right when I itch them.
I decided to get my lashes taken off last night because the cons were out weighing the pros. They put some sort of lash remover on your eyes, which personally felt like acid. Some got into my eye and I had to run to the bathroom and rinse it out. When I looked up at my eyes in the mirror, they were dark red. My vision is still blurry in my left eye, which terrifies me.
Also, when they removed the lash extensions, all of my real eyelashes came off with them! I have maybe 4 – 5 real lashes still on each eye and I didn’t realize what kind of damage I was doing to my lashes until now.
I really wanted to love Amazing Lash Studio, but the health of my eyes are far more important than waking up with pretty eyelashes. I will stick to my falsies.

Just got my eyelashes done here and I had a negative experience. My eyelashes came out uneven, one side was longer, and the other side was missing pieces. Unfortunately, I had to point out two mistakes for her to fix during the procedures, which makes me question her work experience. I feel that my eyelashes weren’t «full» enough for the price that i paid, which was 100 dollars. My eyelashes look messy and its sticking out in random areas. I felt bad and she was nice, so I tipped her 20 bucks anyways! My eyes started watering because it hurt during the process.

To be honest the customer service at this location is great all the staff there is very nice.
They strive to provide excellent customer service. If you are a girl who is looking for a change from wearing falsies I highly recommend getting your eyelash extensions here.
Please be sure to explain what you would like they lashes do vary in sizes.
I went in completely clueless. Everyone is super nice be sure to ask questions about the choices and styles you would like.

I am Korean and finally found someone who understands Asian eyes with good lash types. Hanna! I am pretty picky person, but she was the boss! She knows what My concerns are. I did not want something too much, but she made it just about right! You will be satisfied. Tell her want something good with Asian eyes and u dont want too noticeable look if ur concerns are like mine :) she will do some magic.
The front ladies are all nice and well trained as well. I was in esthetician school once, i know its tough to deal with some picky person like me :)

I love the service here but they need to figure out their accounting system. I signed up at the Irvine location but every time I go to the Bella Terra location, they will charge me again. They need have a system where each location has access to so their clients would not be double charged.

I just got my first full lash set with Madison and she couldn’t have been more thoughtful or kind and efficient! She even went out of her way when done to check and apply a few more in areas that were sparse. I thoroughly recommend her!

I am so happy with my lashes thanks to Hannah! She was so nice and did an awesome job. The service was excellent, the place is so clean and I even took an hour nap at least. I had two other stylist before and I have to say that I am definitely coming back with her. Even though I really like the music I agree with other reviews since it’s like a spa setting I believe they should have music that is more relaxing.
The ladies at the front are always so nice and take you in very promptly. They always welcome you in a very nice way making you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. Thanks for always offering water too!

Hetty left. They get 2 stars only cause she was a part of their staff. New lash stylist messed up my lashes badly. No shine to them at all, and they all started pointing downwards after a few days. Which in turn poked my eye. Sooo irritating. Also found glue on both lids.

My first experience with lash extensions was awesome thanks to everyone at Amazing Lash Studio! Not only is the actual location very sleek and clean, from the décor to the rooms where the service is performed, but the girls at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly.
I get my lashes done by Emily, who is THE BEST! She works quickly without sacrificing quality, and really cares about the finished product instead of just trying to usher you out after the job is done. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the beautiful shape of the lashes that she gets right every time!
I ended up becoming a member to get a discounted rate on refills — best decision ever. I am officially addicted to lash extensions and don’t think I can ever go back to not having them. Go to Amazing Lash Studio; you’ll be happy you did!

I am a complete newb when it comes to the world of lash extensions, but after much convincing from my daughter, and after reading Lynn’s ROTD from last week, I hopped on the Amazing Lash train.
They really made the experience a very comfortable one. Lay down on the massage table, take a nap, and wake up to a beautiful full set of lashes. Probably the most uncomfortable thing was having gel pads put on, but this is a necessary evil, because you don’t want your eyelids getting glued together! That wouldn’t do well at all!
Sydney was great, and let me know what she was doing every step of the way, so I wouldn’t freak out, because let’s be honest, it is a bit unnerving having your eyelids taped up so you can’t move them.
Did I mention I LOVE my lashes? Well I do!

I just got my lashes done today for the first time and I couldn’t be happier! As someone who has always struggled with short, stick straight lashes, I can’t believe I never thought of trying extensions sooner. My lash technician was Hannah and she was amazing, she made me feel very welcomed and was super informative and helped me with all my questions as a first timer. She also helped me pick out the style that would work best for me and let me know all the steps to make sure my lashes last as long as they can.
Overall my experience was great! Everyone was super nice, and the place was spotless and organized. I will definitely be back!

I booked an appointment for a full-​set of lashes. My appointment was on Sunday and I arrived a few minutes early, as requested, to complete the pre-​appointment paperwork. The girl at the front counter answered all of my questions about caring for lashes and their membership options/​policies.
I was taken back promptly at my appointment time by Hazel who performed my service. She asked which of their 4 style options I was interested in and helped guide me on lash size. I then laid down and took a nap for the next two hours as she worked on my lashes.
They put a kind of pad/​tape on your undereye to hold down your lower lashes so that they do not get caught and glued to your upper lashes. The glue that they use here does not have strong fumes, which is a plus (the one other time I got lashes done, the fumes were bugging my nose/​eyes).
My one complaint is that I wish that they didn’t play top 40/​pop music. I fell asleep and was assured by the front desk that most clients do. Having more of a spa-​like music choice might make this easier to do/​make the service more relaxing.
When done, I came to the front and paid. While I was asked about buying a membership I was not pushed to do so. I wanted to make sure I liked having lash extensions first before I committed to a membership and was not pressured into doing so, but I was told I could purchase it at any time. I made an appointment to get my lashes filled and was given instructions on how to properly care for them.
I am about one week in and still loving my lashes! I will be returning soon!
