Great customer service especially compared to a lot of other shops around main st, very friendly staff helped me find everything I needed for my Christmas shopping!

For Active, the customer service here was pretty good. We were greeted when we entered, all of our questions were answered, and we got a great deal on our purchase. Now that being said, they literally have no size runs. We had to dig a little bit to find things in our sizes and settle for others just to get it in our size but ended up with a few things.

Not crazy about this location, purchased glasses and got nothing but standard customer service. Active used to be known for their knowledge, expertise and quality in customer service, Dylan, one of the mgrs in HB gave us none of that. Sad story and won’t be shopping at this store again.

They have all the new styles that are completely popping today. They have deals all the time & have to most comfortable clothes a person can ever ask for. It’s just alittle pricy.

Horrible service. Here’s why: My buddy and I walked in because he had a return he had to make. He walked up to the counter and politely asked the gentleman(who may have been a manager) if he could make the return. The employee’s response was as follows, «Yeah I can make the return, but do you think you could look around for something to buy? You bought this at the Metro Pointe store, and though I could make the return, we’d take the hit and the loss of money which would kill my numbers and sales for today». Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that? I don’t know what kind of business would support their employees trying to guilt their customers into buying products… especially telling customers information that isn’t their business nor is it anything that we care about. Fortunately for the dude, my friend is polite and gave him a pity look around the store. I was glad when my friend returned to the counter without anything to buy. The dude then said, «I’ll hold it to you that you’re going to come back another time. We’re the lowest profiting store in the company and you bought this from Costa Mesa which is one of the more higher profiting stores. We didn’t as well as them on Black Friday.» Again, why is this guy telling us this? Guilting customers into purchases is really bad. Why are your stores’ numbers at all relevant to us? And sorry dude, but your company’s policy allows returns/exchanges at all stores so you’re gonna have to deal with it. Lastly, it’s called up-selling. If this is your store’s method for up-selling is making the customers uncomfortable(like you made us), then no wonder you’re the least profiting store. The only reason I give them a second star is because it was clean and someone else greeted us a bit later. Other than that… TERRIBLE.

I’d rather come here rather than the one in Costa Mesa because its not that busy here, but I prefer the customer service over in Costa Mesa. I believe two female workers were standing talking to each other in a corner and greeted the couple in front of my girlfriend and I, but after when we walked in a few seconds we didn’t get a welcome. Don’t know if they didn’t see us or just didn’t bother. Not once during our walking inside did any of them bother checking up on us or asking if we need any assistance. I thought that was odd since its retail and chances are it helps you as an employee when you do good on sales. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I still felt like the customer service coulda been a little better.

Less busy than The Camp location so the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will only come to this location from today forward. Ian & everyone else were great! The shirt we wanted was out of stock so they called another shop and had the right size shipped over. Staff(a friendly young lady) called me once the shirt was here… Thats what I call good customer service! It gave me another excuse to go to The Strand and I’m all for that

Stopped by this shop after dinner since my husband wanted to check out some Nixon watches. The store manager immediately greeted us as we walked into the store. While we were shopping, he was assisting us with the watch selection. Throughout the entire process, he was exerting genuine friendly, positive vibes, which made our shopping experience very enjoyable. We shall return! :)
