I would recommend Kelly of A-sharp Piano movers. I had to move an upright piano about 0.5 miles in Huntington Beach. There were no steps at either side. He quoted me $ 150. He was professional, had a helper and it was done quickly.
On the phone, he does a quote and asks you to email him the information. He doesn’t confirm by email — you have to call him back to confirm.
Also, the timing was off. At first, he said he could come at 3pm. Then it was 4:30pm. Finally, he arrived at 5:30pm.
Once he arrived, things went very smoothly. Most importantly, the piano was moved with no damage and at the same price he quoted.
