A-Creative Property Management

I am very happy with Creative Property Management. I would highly recommend A Creative Property Management to everyone. I have lived in one of their properties for 5 yrs. I have lived in many different properties, they are very efficient and helpful with everything I have ever needed. I love Christean Glocone which I go to her directly with any problems. The whole staff has been very helpful and amazing for me. I would highly recommend them.

A Creative Property management is a joke. Christean Giaconne and Sharon Harboldt are greedy cows who promote homelessness fabricating untruths to owners. This company has had their license yanked for stealing from clients. Go to CA​.Gov for a complete set of court transcripts. It’s great reading. It will inform you on how Sharon and her husband defrauded client out of thousands of dollars thru bogus repairs.

Again, if you are looking into renting from this company or using them for your own rental do your research. They have not use licensed contractors on the house we live in. Read my previous review.
We understand that property rentals have gone up, but if we moved in June 2011, so why wouldn’t they raise the rent in June? Why in November, just before christmas? No tack. Looking ahead to the new year.

I recently moved out of a property managed by A-​creative that I occupied for three years. The ladies at A-​Creative were always a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to help make us feel like our house was a home. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have had and treated us like neighbors rather than customers. I loved my time in the house we rented, and a large part of that was due to the team we worked with throughout our stay.

Christine was extremely helpful and courteous. She is knowledgeable and friendly and is prompt with work that is needed. She also gets back to you quickly. Highly recommended.

I find it amazing that this company has been in business as long as they say they have. They managed the house I live in in Huntington Beach for over 2 years… As for maintenance… I don’t think these people know how to even spell the word .they have nothing but low class dirty workers that come to your house and try and fix things that have to be fixed over and over and over again… It took these people over two years to fix a leaky roof and then it took them 23 days to complete the work I had to move out of this house and move back into it… They never check on their workers or the work that they say they have completed… Complete nasty attitudes constantly from these ladies

I rented from A-​Creative for 3 years and could hardly have been happier. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. If anything needed repairing (which happened a few times each year, as my apt was close to 100 years old) they were on top of it immediately, and performed quality work. When I reported that there were termites in my stairs, a few weeks later, they built me an entirely new staircase in only 2 days! And when I told them that my oven had stopped working, they bought me a brand new one, and when the maintenance man was finished installing it, he even asked where I kept my mop because he had tracked dirt onto my kitchen floor and wanted to clean up after himself (!). They are kind and helpful and take fantastic care of their tenants :)
