A-1 Mail Stop

Visiting a friend in the area and we decided to purchase a birthday gift from the both of us and needed a place close by to pack and ship it to our ol’ chum. Great selection of cards to choose from as well made it very convenient to get all accomplished in one location. A1 staff were friendly, helpful and the price was right ~ fast service. We were on our way to the beach in no time! Will not hesitate to come back again. Thank you A1!

this place gets 3 stars for convenience, it would be 4 stars but they dont open until 10:15 on Saturday.. WTF! Be a normal business with normal hours

This place always has friendly and sweet workers! That’s why I always come back to this place instead of the post office! The owner of this business, Andy is always kind and easy to work with. I come to this place to pay my bills 9they have money orders) as well. They are very efficient and speedy with their work ethic. It’s my one stop shop place for my errands! Five stars for customer service!

I don’t live in the area, but I had to go to this location to do some fingerprinting and did NOT receive good customer service. The only reason that I even gave them two stars was because I saw how they treated their regular customers and they seemed friendly enough.
But they lost 3 stars where they decided to be absolutely rude to me! The girl that was doing my finger printing started talking very fast and then I couldnt really understand her so I just started to put my hands in ink and put them on the paper and then she yells at me! her exact words were something along the lines of «I told you to use your right hand, not your left! This is the second time this has happened today!»
I was outraged to say the least, when you talk fast and don’t even look up at your customer its hard for them to hear you! And I got no smiles or anything.
Working in a place where customers come in and out quite frequently, you would think the workers here would have more manners and treat their customers with respect. Maybe it was just because she knew that I wasn’t a regular here, but it still did not warrant an unfriendly attitude.
Will definitely not go back to this mail center.
