I’ve been coming to this particular 7 – 11 for the last few years, at least 2 – 3 times per week to get a cup of coffee. I’m usually running late so I get my cup and grab a few of those creamers and stuff them in my pocket. So this morning around 6:15, the older Caucasian female cashier told me that I had to put my creamer in my coffee cup and not in my pocket and the next time I do that I’m gonna have to pay for them. This is the first time I ever heard that rule. If that’s a new rule then I’m fine with that but they’re gonna have to put up a sign. All these years and no one has ever told me anything about putting the creamers in my pocket. I just feel the way she spoke to me was pretty rude and condescending. Everyone else there has been really friendly.

The first thing you’ll notice here is the smell, this place is always really dirty. Every time I come in the floor is filthy and there’s no coffee. Sometimes I see the 2 employees chilling at the register in an empty store with the sandwich crates in the middle of the isle. I often see a pile of cardboard box trash in the middle of one of the isles too.

My «new» 7 – 11. I’m from Jersey so I know my 7 – 11’s. I met the owner tonight. Didn’t catch her name but she was nice and polite. I asked her(as she was in no 7 – 11 clothing behind the counter baking) if she’s training or the owner(knowing the answer, conversation starter I guess you could say). She smiled politely and said owner. I said«You remind me of my dad» she asked why«What does he do» and I said day time job and restaurant owner. She smiled again and said so you know… I said I do. Go home and rest. My point, if the owner is pleasant, chances are employees, survive and rest are all pleasant. Glad this is my new 7 – 11.

My usual 7– Eleven when we come to HB and need a quick snack inbetween appointments, the mini tacos are always fresh, we get greeted with good customer service so no complaints there, they have a good selection of your snacks and scratchers which is a bonus for me! ^_^ Another reason why I want to win lotto and move to HB! ^_^

Sure this 711 has good selection an it’s clean and all that but I’m giving it a two because everytime I walk in after around 4 pm the employees(especially the manager I believe) tell me that I need to leave my small backpack in the front of the store. I need to mention that am a frequent customer and that I have never even thought about or attempted to steal anything from this store(or any other 7 – 11’s for that matter). The employees are mostly cold and unfriendly, especially I you ask for the bathroom key.

I know people rave about specialty hot dog places like Portillos, Pinks, Fab hot dogs, but i honestly think 7⁄11 has really good dogs! Their spicy big bite has the perfect amount of spice to it! I make mine with salsa, chilli, and ketchup! You can’t beat it for only $ 1.99 and i know you can get good size hot dogs with a drink at costco for $ 1.50 but the toppings are limited to relish, onions, ketchup and mustard. Gotta have the chilli topping! Thank heaven for 7 eleven :)

Thank you 7-Eleven for being a true«convenience store». During summer the weather is scorching hot in this area and I need nothing but a refreshing Coca-Cola Slushee to cool me down. I also enjoy the colorful, fun straws they come with! Last night I stopped by to pick up some junk food for someone special and walking into 7-Eleven is like walking into junk food heaven. My boyfriend appreciated the gesture of a blue raspberry slushee and 2 original slim jims. I took the healthier route and bought myself a handy squeezable water bottle for just 95 cents plus tax. My favorite childhood snacks all for under $ 5 means 5 stars for 7-Eleven!
