The cashier charged me $ 18 for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter and didn’t give me my receipt. Thanks for trying to steal my money dick wad

Updated my review based on my coming in 3 – 5 days a week for coffee. They keep the variety up, make a fresh pot when my beloved blueberry is out, and are friendly!

A-holes, that’s what this whole clan is. Since they took over from the nice English guy who started this place. I wanted to buy a single 12 oz. Pacifico for my 85 year old friend. So I take one out of the the cooler and put it on the counter the dumb b#tch scanned it then starts questioning me. Then Raji come out from the back and says«you took it out of the six pack, come on man» like I was supposed to know you shouldn’t? I said there were no signs not to. I live across the street and never go there. It’s idiots like that that make people racists. I think they will be loosing their lease soon.

Received a checkin bonus for 711 said buy one slurpee get one 100% free but took it in and the older man at the register said no valid we don’t accept Unilocal discounts. I was like are you sure and he said no barcode no deal. I was like ok bye. Kinda disappointed but why should I be surprised it’s shitty 711

This has to be one of the worst 7/11’s ever. the employees at this location are rude, obnoxious and abrasive. The employees here love to argue about anything and everything. it’s best to just avoid this store as nobody gives a shit that works here, so why give this place your business. The middle aged Hispanic woman that works here thinks she knows more than everyone else and doesn’t even have the most up to date 7⁄11 app as I do, and she said that the offer had already been used, which was not true. It’s not worth trying to explain and help her understand the app. 7⁄11 needs to train their employees to work with the customer and not argue with everyone that walks into their store. It’s best to avoid this location altogether and not patronize this establishment. Go to a 7⁄11 that cares about their customers.

If only I could rate this store a 0 star, I would! The cashier was absolutely rude to me. When I was paying for my lotto ticket he said to me rudely, «This is wrong!» So while I was correcting it quickly, I asked him to give me a quick pick. But I guess, he didn’t hear me and he told me that I’m holding the line. I told him that I said that I’m buying a quick pick. Then he asked for my money so rudely and rang me up. I gave him my corrected ticket then slammed the ticket on the counter and told me to go at the end of the line and wait. I told him that he doesn’t have to be rude like that because I am a customer. He kept on talking and saying that I’m holding the line, and that the line was so long already. I told him that it’s as if I’m just standing there, but I was buying! And he just kept on talking rudely. I just left… I was really angry but I had to control myself because I won’t stoop down to his level. He has definitely an attitude problem!

This location sucks! They overcharge and the store is tiny the workers are lazy and rude, one star for it being a 7 – 11

Big parking spots and it’s not located on a crazy busy intersection. Big bonus points for being less than a block from my house.

Its efficient here. The workers are nice enough and it’s seemed well kept. The police like to come here often I have observed. Almost every time I pass by there are about 1 or 2 cop cars. Especially at night. Theres a good amount if parking too. This 7 – 11 appears to be a little smaller than most others. There selections are therefore somewhat limited too.

Okay, I never expected that I would be sitting down to write a review of 7 – 11, especially one involving 5 stars, because frankly I am just not into 64oz sodas and hot dogs on rotating racks who have been sitting there for who knows how long. But seriously, this 7 – 11 transcends them all because of what they stock in the back of their shop. Bangers. English bacon. Treacle. Mr. Kiplings exceedingly good cakes *squeak!!*. Crumpets. The fridge back there is also full of real curries and poppadoms, meat pies, sausage rolls, both black and white pudding if you are hankering for a true English fry-up, plus proper Cornish pasties in four different flavors. There are loads more stocked back there but I think you get the idea. I lived in the UK long enough to really develop a love for certain products and dishes that I search for high and low over here when I get a craving. Usually I have to wait until I am in Santa Monica to hit the Tudor House when I want something like bangers, meat pies and Mr Kiplings because many of the shops in the OC have their stock sitting on the shelves for so long that most are over the sell by date. But not anymore. This place has a massive selection that is also very well priced so not only can all Brits and lovers of British food stock up on their salad cream and bisto, but you can get it at some of the lowest prices I have seen and everything looks fresh. So if you are in need of a bacon buttie, sausage roll, tea, or just a packet of Walker’s salt and vinegar crisps *squeak!!*, then hit this 7 – 11 because they will probably have most of what you want.(and who would pick a rotating hot dog over a good potato and beef pasty?)
