Ripped off like everyone else. Nearly 90 cents more a gallon if you use your credit card.
When you see their price sign from the street it has the $ 2.79 price, but a smaller sign right next to it (and difficult to see) and with smaller numbers has the greater credit cost. I didn’t know I was being scammed until I saw the $ 3.69 number on the meter while I was filling up!
Yeah they got me this time, but I will NEVER go to this station again.

This place is a total rip off. They charge you almost 80 cents more per GALLON to use your credit card. They have the cash price well publicized while the credit card price is dimly lit and not easily visible from the street. I’m sure the only reason this place stays in business are from people from out of town. Take your money and go across street. This place is just bad business I hope they go out of business so they stop tricking people out of their money.

Pulled in to purchase Diesel Fuel at $ 2.49 per Gallon. Prepaid for $ 25 worth of fuel only to discover an OUTRAGEOUS markup for using my debit card of $ 3.29 per Gallon. Every other fuel station upcharges $.10 when not paying cash. I’m disgusted at their greed. The sign was posted in the dark. As a rideshare driver I purchase a lot of fuel, but I will never purchase anything from this business ever again. That’s a net difference of 2.5 gallons that would have taken me an additional 115 miles…

Their sign says $ 2.75 but their pump says $ 3.49. Then if you look again, that’s the mark up for credit!!! That’s ridiculous & just taking advantage of your customer. Makes you wonder where else they’re disrespecting their customers (auto repair?).

I’m very pleased and recommend the service here.

5 star Exxon and Mobil. What an ironic name since nobody in their right mind should ever give these scammers 5 stars. Same story as everyone else. Stopped here today to get gas. I was half way through filling up when I realized these scammers were adding a $ 0.70 per gallon surcharge to my price for using a credit card. What an absolute joke. The sign in front is cleverly blocked from the street so unless you happen to see it by chance you won’t know until you have already begun filling up at which point it’s too late. I sincerely wish these guys all the worst and I hope they go out of business as people figure out their scam. I will never go back and will be writing to the parent company to complain about these shady tactics.

I live in Huntington Beach and I there are 2 gas stations I usually use. One day I happened to stop at this place as I was very low on gas. Sign said 2.99 cash and although I use a credit card and I know they sometimes charge a few cents more per gallon, which I understand, I had no idea this place was about to rip me off. I was almost done filling up and I noticed that the pump said $ 3.75 a gallon! Regular. So the cash price is 2.99 and the credit card price is $ 3.75. That’s 25% increase to use a credit card. What a scam! I went in to ask them if this was correct, and they said yes, there are bank fees. I told them bank fees aren’t 25%, there like 3%. He didn’t care and started yelling «Thank you, Thank you!!!» First and last time there! What a rip off!

Always available pumps… I give it a star for that. Charging me a shitload more because I’m buying premium with a credit card? Bullshit. F– you, owner. Even the regular gas isn’t that bad.

I have been taking my Camry to 5 Star for many years. Sergio and staff are so helpful and really take care of my car. They are honest and competent. Sergio goes the extra mile about caring for my «whole» car and recommends what I need, not what he wants to sell me. Finding a good, fair and honest mechanic is a challenge sometimes. I found one and he is the very best! It is such a good feeling to be in good hands. He is highly recommended.

I love this place. I take my car here for all of my mechanic needs. Sergio and his staff are very trustworthy and are always willing to help out. He is great about letting me know things that will needs to be fixed in the near future and the cost of them so that I can plan ahead and fit them into my budget so that my car is always running in tip top shape. It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and I feel like I have truley found one. I recommend him and his station to all of my friends and family and everyone that I have sent to him have been extremely satisfied with the service. I HIGHLY recommend his service station for any of your car needs.

I’m still pissed that I paid them $ 28 for a propane tank exchange. I should have shopped around because it is $ 22 at my usual gas station and only $ 18 at Home Depot and at Walmart grocery!

if you’re willing to pay cash and if your car takes regular 87 octane, this is the cheapest top tier gas around. (do not use your debit/​credit card if you want the discount)
if your car only sips that 91 premium, then mosey on down to Magnolia & Adams just a block east, and see if the Chevron, Mobil, and 76 can better serve you (price wise)

No way to say this nicely. THESE people are CRIMINALS. 20 cents more per gallon for credit? There’s no place on earth that could charge that much more and get away with it, and the only reason they do here is because their signs trick you into one price when at the pump, it’s a different one. Hello, better business bureau?

I effen hate this place worse than KC. I used to be a regular but then it was time to use their air pump. I plopped my quarter in and the hoze nozzle was busted. No pressure. So I went in to get my quarter refunded and the lady behind the counter who said she was the manager told me, «It is not our fault, it is the air vendor.»
«I don’t care, ma’am, I just want my quarter back,» I told her.
«I can not. It is not my air machine.»
In a really loud voice so the other customers could clearly hear me, I tell her, «Let me get this straight… you are the manager here and you are willing to lose a long time regular customer because you are too cheap to give me my quarter back for your faulty air pump… Really??»
«There is nothing I can do»
«Will you put up a sign telling others not to waste their money?»
«It is not my air machine»
«F U … You will not see me again.»
