Worst service! Overpriced and disrespectful. They didn’t even clean our house well. We found food under the couch and crumbs on the counter then got a 300 dollar bill for an hour of cleaning. Don’t waste your money!

They’re OK if you don’t mind a rate of $ 174/​hr for a 4 member team with the time prorated in 5 minute increments, rounded to the next 5 minute mark (their wording).

We moved into our house about 5 years ago and it hasn’t had a professional cleaning since that time. I decided that it was time to find a cleaning service because my back just couldn’t handle scrubbing all the moldy black stuff that has started to appear around the edges of our bath tub and shower.
Enter The Maids. I gave them a call and was able to schedule them for a kitchen and bathroom cleaning on a day I was home from work. The minimum for service is one hour and they charged $ 178/​hour for a four-​person team. Four maids came by the following week, and got right to work.
The bathrooms: My two bathrooms have never looked this beautiful. Both are original 1959 bathrooms so they have some fairly old fashioned pink, blue and lavender tile. That tile has never shined so nicely. The mold is gone.
The kitchen: The maids cleaned our counters and sink, which were both a bit stained, back to a gleaming white. They cleaned the outside of the fridge, cabinets and our floors. Our smudged dishwasher, messy stovetop and sticky microwave were all restored to fresh-​out-​of-​the-​factory clean.
They even swept between the rooms, to fill up the rest of the hour. I was very happy with the service and happy with their attentiveness to detail. Great service. I will definitely call them again.
