To keep it as simple as possible–
Irrespective of the quality of products and machines, I can say that the environment was unpleasant, as some of the staff was at times rude and unprofessional to deal with.

It’s been awhile since my last review, so I thought I would give an update. I am still frequently coming to this Tanning Salon. In fact November will mark 2 years of my continued patronage. There have been alot of changes RE: membership and fees. Personally I thought the deals they offered before were good,… however those good deals have just become even better So great in fact that, to anyone who has thought about giving them a try I say «DO IT». They have «September Specials» going on right now that simply cannot be beat. And these real deals apply to anyone and everyone, not just «NEW» customers. Another reason I am such a devoted fan. They take care of us regular customers as well as the new ones. In the 2 years I have been coming to Sunfastic their service has remained superior to other Tanning Salons primarily because they strive to not just bring in new customers but to keep the customers, So many regular and long time customers. Ask yourself why? It’s not «BLIND FAITH» that keeps us coming back time and time again I can assure you that. It’s because Sunfastic is the best plain and simple. And I want to touch on something else, that is the heart and soul of this place The employees. The girls that provide this wonderful customer service. Laura, Sharon and Lindsey. These girls go out of their way to ensure that everyone who walks thru their doors leaves happy and satisfied. Many times they stay late because someone comes in 5 minutes before closing and they are always gracious and polite. Never turning anyone away. I have also been in a couple times where someone is just being so rude or difficult towards them and yet agin,.they continue to bend over backwards to make them happy. I give them all alot of credit because somtimes with some people there is no pleasing. But they always try, adhering to the golden rul that «THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT» Thank you girls for being so terrific.always..

This is the only place ill ever go to tan again. The service is amazing, the staff is friendly and the results are always perfect. Their spray tanning is fast clean easy and I never leave with that bad tan smell. I will be coming back many times in the future.

Great spray tans with non stinky formula and natural looking color! Clean and friendly service as well.

This is the only tanning salon my wife and I would ever step foot into. It’s EXTREMELY clean; the beds are very high quality; the staff is always changing the bulbs; their airbrush tanning is incredible!

YIKES. It took me so long to update my review because I had to wait for my sunburn to heal before I could regain use of my fingers!
Okay, so I maintain my last review in terms of the atmosphere, polite employees, niceness, etc. However, in the hours after I wrote that review, my skin became increasingly burned as the minutes went by!
I do NOT burn easily. I did let the person know that I had not tanned recently, I even told her that I hadn’t had much sun at ALL this year due to a broken ankle during the summer, etc. I was pasty.
For a first-​timer, I feel like she should have known not to let me fry in there for my first session. I burned so badly that I was swollen and yes, I am still peeling 3 weeks later!!! I was so embarrassed at work when my face was peeling so bad I couldn’t wear any makeup!
I’m scared to go back, but I bought a package of 5 or 6 sessions and I don’t want to waste them… maybe I can go for just 6 or 7 minutes at a time?
After the whole sunburn experience I felt like maybe they should be practicing safer policies or something. I don’t know. All I know is, it was painful. Why me?
