I love this Starbucks. I love their flat white! Rich and sweet! I have been to all of the other ones this is the only place that gets it right!.. However… I would give five stars but I feel like I’m at the bank on Friday at noon. 20 people in line and one teller The wait is ridiculous!

Walked into the store and was immediately attacked by white girl radical feminists for being a male. There coffee is ok considering they burn their coffee beans. Upon walking out I was called bad names by people who have to write novels in public. Then mugged for my grandfathers pocket watch by a group of hipsters.

I popped into this Starbucks today for a cup of tea on the way to a hair appointment. I was happy with the speed of service, the cashier (who prepared my tea) and the tea itself. The milk and sugar station was clean and well supplied — I don’t know what else you could ask for in a Starbucks. Parking spot? Found one reasonably close to the door. Overall, this Starbucks is in a great location and the service I’ve received there over several visits has been on point. As with any Starbucks drive thru (available at this location), if you’re in a rush, it’s better to go in. Once you’re in line for drive thru at this store, you’re kind of trapped and I’ve experienced some significant waits at this location. Otherwise, a good Starbucks to hit up for your caffeine fix.

Of the local Bux, this one is great for two reasons: Drive-​through service and very speedy service (a necessity with a drive through window). The beverages are consistently good, and I have never encountered a surly Barista here.
I do not find this location terribly hospitable for lingering because the seating is very limited.

This is my favorite location to go to from home. They don’t always get your order right, but they are quick to fix it and make it up to you with a free beverage in the future. There have been times I’ve gone and the wait was really long in the drive thru and they’re pretty courteous about making it up to you with a free drink on occasion.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Decent coffee. This one is no exception. They tend to have a really long drive through line in the mornings so I go inside. No line there!

I guess I like this place, especially since I keep coming back. I appreciate the friendly service and the open environment. They’re always busy because of their drive-​through but they make time for you. Unlike most Starbucks they make an effort to please their customers, which I truly appreciate. Great place to get work done!

Quiet place for two or even a short business meeting. Outside patio allows private conversations in the evening and their inside atmosphere is very inviting

I am a semi-​regular at this location.
I often end up here when I have some time to kill before or after shopping at Merenda’s Italian Specialties, which is one of the most awesome Italian groceries I’ve ever been to, and which I highly recommend.
I like this place, and I obviously keep coming back. I like the ambiance, minus the view of the parking lot, and I like the location, again, minus the suburban sprawl that it lives in.
My main complaint about this location is that the staff seem really overworked, and I don’t understand why. I suspect it’s the drive through that’s the culprit. I’ve been in here time and time again, when there is no line (inside, there’s usually at least a car or two waiting at the drive through), and it takes quite some time, often over a minute, for someone behind the counter to even come over to me. For example, today there were FIVE employees behind the counter, no line, very few customers in the shop, and they were all doing things behind the counter in a frenzied /​hurried looking fashion. All five of them!!!
What the heck are they doing? Cleaning things? Making drinks for the drive through? I don’t know, but I don’t get it. Maybe I have trouble understanding it because I always order stuff that requires limited effort, like tea, coffee, or a baked good, and maybe other people are ordering ultra-​special-​involved drinks that require 4 people to expend 5 minutes each just to make the freaking drink. But I don’t know, that just doesn’t seem plausible. I’ve been to so many other coffee shops where there are fewer employees, yet the employees like, walk right up when a customer comes up to the counter. Some of my favorite coffee shops in West Philly have only 1 or 2 employees at a given time, and they handled more volume than this shop (no drive through though).
I don’t like it. It creates a stressy vibe. When I stand at the counter, I feel like I’m absorbing the stress of the employees. I don’t feel like they’re really 100% there, when they ask me what I want.
Like, I’m sitting here in the coffee shop as I write this review, and the employees are constantly running back and forth behind the counter in a frenzied fashion, yet there has been a total of one customer at the counter the whole time. Ahh, here two more customers come in, finally. I’m watching the interaction. The employee isn’t making much eye contact. The two customers look so nice. The guy behind the counter looks so stressed. Oh, here someone comes out of the kitchen… she looks so stressed out too.
Seriously, Starbucks corporate management, DO something about this location. The poor stressed, overworked employees… they don’t look like they are having a good time, and they’re making it a less pleasant place to be for the customers inside the shop. I really want this place to have a genuinely chill vibe. That would be like, really chill. And I’d like that. Heck yeah.

I love the location and drive thru option of this Starbucks but the coffee has recently been less than satisfying.
The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. The staff are friendly and polite. The drive thru is clutch. Food is meh-​right. The coffee is unpleasantly watery like there isn’t enough coffee beans for the brew. Add more beans and this place will shine again like it did in it’s hey day.

In my opinion the only thing you can review at Starbucks is the people that are serving you, the cleanliness of the facility and the location. The coffee and the «snack» assortment is what it is…
At this location the staff is average. They do their job and do it fairly well. I think it would be better if the staff paid more attention to their customers.
The facility is clean and neat. The location is convenient and has a drive through. My only caution is on the drive through, watch the turn as it is very tight.
