Precise Appraisals

Let me share my experience. My house was apprised by an agent with name Elena from Precise Appraisals. Appraisal went good but unfortunately such a small detail as flood classification was incorrect.
I tried to contact Elena by email asking her to correct the appraisal but she did not respond to my request. After calling her, my wife got a response that Precise Appraisals is NOT using official FEMA form to obtain information about flood zone but some unnamed software.
We have submitted an official request to FEMA (STANDARD FLOOD HAZARD DETERMINATION FORM) and got affirmative response that the appraisal agent was incorrect.
I would suggest to Elena a) Pay more attention to customers concerns. She at least should be responding to emails b) Use credible sources to obtain such sensitive information as flood zone classification. Otherwise Elena is good appraisal agent, with a great potential but she should learn how to deal with customers and how to select sources for the documents she prepares.
