Huntingdon Place by Toll Brothers

Lived here for 3 years. Loved it. Beautiful place. Secure. CLEAN. Great location. Loved the gym. Felix the doorman is wonderful. Top of the line interior & great maintenance. Minus 1 star because of price. Considering its not a center city location, could be a bit more affordable. They even charge a ton to park IN the building garage. per car.
I did hear we were on the «newer» side of the building & our unit was built better & with more upgrades than some of the others. We had neighbors above & below & never had any noise complaints. Also our unit faced Welsh Rd. & couldn’t really hear the traffic.
Bonus– we were allowed to have our dog. Plus they’ve recently added doggie stations that provide poo bags & waste receptacles .
Great place. Glad we found it when we came to the area. Miss our condo. Who knows maybe when the kids are gone & we’re older, we’ll be back …
If you can afford to live there, I’d recommend it.
