First Choice Home Inspection

We are in the process of purchasing our first home. Eric Sunderland did the inspection for us. He was INCREDIBLY thorough. He was incredibly knowledge about every aspect of the house, from the roof, to the façade, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, structural aspects… just about everything.
At no point did I question his intelligence or qualifications. All of his explanations were detailed and concise. He asked us if we understood after every point he made. He is the real deal. I feel confident that all major issues that could have been observed were done so.
We got an excellent report (physical and digital) which included all of the things that Eric told us during the walkthrough (which lasted about 1.5 hours). He took pictures of everything inspected and uploaded them to a custom photo album, available to be viewed online. Eric gave us tons of tips on how to maintain items in the house as well.
I can make a confident and educated purchasing decision now.
