They tell you your order will be shipped then keep pushing the date back later and later, call and you get a different story every time. If I could leave minus stars I would! Ask to speak with a supervisor and you get the run around, save yourself a lot of grief and spend your money else where.

totally agree with other customers… worst experience I have ever had. They shipped the wrong product a month ago, made me return it before processing the correct order, just notified me they had received the incorrect one back, but cant give me a date as to when the correct one will be shipped. and totally couldn’t care about the problem

OHMYGOSH! Worst customer service experience ever! Emailed them 4 times about a problem with an order. They billed my credit card two times and shipped the items twice AND want me to pay for the return shipping. I am going to contact my credit card company as these people are unbelievable. They told me in response to «why did you not respond to my 4 emails to customer service»…“we must have been busy” .Supposed to speak to a «manager» on Monday because apparently they take Friday’s off. I SOOOOO wish I would have read the reviews first! I would have paid the extra 10 bucks on another site for my drapes as opposed to paying double!!! Business ended up forwarding me prepaid return label. I appreciate that so I changed my stars to 3. Will see how credit card repayment etc. goes.

Touch of Class website and it’s customer service are horrible. Even though some of their items are beautiful, they are completely triple and quadruple over priced with every item they sell. Recently, I submitted a request to have Free Shipping on a large costly item area rug which they were selling for $ 740. and I had other items which brought the total to over $ 900. dollars. They were charging $ 74. bucks extra to ship the rug which would bring this total to $ 1000. bucks! This is absolutely insane! What if I don’t like the rug, then I would have to pay double the shipping just to send it back! Absolutely Unacceptable! Their customer service is awful and horrible. Their supervisor never got back with me after over a week and then when I called to find out about the request of free shipping, the supervisor denied the request and then had another peon service rep tell me instead. At this point I would not purchase anything from them because I could be out $ 150. bucks if the rug is damaged or is not the right color, size, quality, or whatever! On top of this they have renamed most every item so to make it hard for you to find it on another website. If you do find it, you will find it’s normal or close to normal price is most always 4 times less! Lots of their items can be found on Overstock, Amazon, and Ebay. Just don’t type in the name of the item that Touch of Class labels it as, look at the picture and try to put in key words that looks like it’s description. If you know the brand or can guess it that helps too. For example, Nourison Rug(Then it’s description such as: Damask Nourison Rug), etc.

I can only sum up this company using this analogy, imagine all the mail order companies online were run by Pilots, some would be excellent, Delta Airlines worthy, some would be mediocre Southwest, TOUCHOFCLASS.COM would not be worthy of flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog s&%t out of Hong Kong ! Where do I begin its like I was dealing in the Twilight Zone, you know the one episode where your transported back in time to some small country town and they still live like its 1959??? Buckle up here we go this is the part where the Twilight zone music plays… didodidodido Here we me go I Placed an order Nov 17th, called on the 24th cuz it had not shipped no follow up tracking email from them at all. I thought Nick resolved everything yet still 3 days later the money was not out of my account long story short… the right hand does not know it has a left hand I went thru a maze of Julie, Nick, Viana, Heather, Darla OMG it was like that classic Abbott & Costello routine«Whos on First» thats how this company operates. It got to the point that I would call, then call right back and ask the same question to a different Rep just to see what different answer I’ll get! The ONLY competent part of this Bizarro world ordeal was FEDEX I did get my package 3 weeks later in only 2 days transit! Stay away Trust me! The first thing my husband said when was did you google the company first? I wish I had OMG I wish I had and last ly let me say its gets better the items I ordered came just not with the hard ware to mount them so now I have make special trip to Home Depot just because I did business with this company!
