This dry cleaner is great and very accommodating when I decide to drop my clothes off at the last minute and need them the following day. Always help me out. Clothes come out excellent as well. Prices are very fair. Highly recommend martinizing in Huntersville.

All of the girls working are very nice, obviously they don’t do the cleaning. However, everything I have taken there comes back the same way I left it except it has been pressed. So basically I pay 12 dollars to have a dress ironed and about 8 for a shirt? I take it to a dry cleaner to clean not give it back to me worse or the same as before.

very good service and quality I got my wedding dress cleaned here and it was lost. Accidents happen everywhere, however this place managed my issue very seriously, was very compassionate and went out of their way to find my dress. They assured me my dress will be paid for if not found(it was very expensive couture dress worth thousands). The other cheaper places would of never paid for my dress! Lucky for me– my precious dress was found! They took care of me with free cleaning. Been coming here for years and never had any other issues!

I so wish I could give NO stars! My experience was horrible! I should’ve known better though. The only reason I went there was because there was a groupon the same week being offered. All of my items are wrinkled and full of lint! Wth?! On top of that I was told one price when dropping off, then at pick up when I told the person at the desk I had a groupon the price went up and not just a couple of dollars! Will not be returning! Save your money and garments and go somewhere else!

Martinizing Dry Cleaning did my wedding dress preservation and I am very pleased with the results. Each time I go in here the place is fairly active with customers and the staff are friendly and professional.

The fact that the Martinizing management sent me a handwritten thank you note made me want to love them… But unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the fact that my clothes were returned filthy, stained, and wrinkly. I’m not sure they were even cleaned… A pink blouse had striped areas of pressed(steamed?) and un-pressed fabric, and came back two different colors. But the worst offender was a white blouse with visible dirt(which I am not even sure was there in the first place) rubbed into the collar. I can’t get it out and no other dry cleaner can get it out. It also looked like it went through a washing machine and then was just left to air dry –completely wrinkled. My suits also were smelly and unclean-feeling. If I had to think of a positive, the young lady working the cash register was friendly at pickup and drop off, but that’s pretty much it. This company says that it caters to professionals, but I am curious what professional would be willing to walk into a courtroom or boardroom looking like a total slob. My clothes were permanently ruined(~$ 400 of stuff) and I was incredibly disappointed. You couldn’t pay me to return.

I was incredibly disappointed with Martinizing. The story ends with my wife calling me in hysterical tears because of how the owner treated her. My wife had a garment that was damaged by their machines. When she tried to talk to the owner about the black fibers that got into her white blouse, she was berated by the owner. He said it was so typical of «women» to complain about this. Three other employees acknowledged the black fibers in her blouse, yet he continued to deny it. She asked to be reimbursed for the blouse. He refused. My wife is the kindest person in the world, and it was outrageous how she was treated. But then it got worse. I had picked up my order earlier that day, before this had happened. A couple days later, when I unwrapped my dry cleaning, I found that one of my Kenneth Cole shirts were missing, and I has someone’s else’s, much larger shirt. I brought the shirt back. They wanted me to give the wrong shirt back, but had no solution to my missing shirt. Between the two of us, we had over $ 100 in missing and ruined clothing and were given a $ 25 credit. A credit? How is that acceptable? I would never go back there. It’s not worth all of the hassle to take it to small claim court, but this is this worst experience of customer service I have seen in my life. Why is it so hard for some people to do the right thing?
