I attend the 0600 morning classes, where the class size is approximately 10 – 15 people. The Trainers are PROFESSIONAL and only want you to SUCCEED. I highly recommend Crossfit for beginners and professionals alike.

Best crossfit box that I’ve been to. Great trainers and very small class sizes. There is normally three or more certified trainers leading or participating in every class. Laid back atmosphere!
