The place is remote. The long term residents have left trash on the grounds. The room is spacious, but definitely shabby around the edges. Housekeeping is a bit lax as well, as they don’t seem to look up when cleaning. I found cobwebs hanging on the light over the mirror and no toiletries. The breakfast that is included is AWFUL! Powdered eggs, toast, some cereals. Very basic and very skimpy on the quantity and quality.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very spacious and thats about where the good things end. The hotel is broken up into smaller condo style buildings which could be nice, but there is trash everywhere, weeds are taking over the place and shrubs are over grown, everything looks decrepit. Apparently people live in some of the rooms and they have decorated outside their rooms, some of these decorations include, beer bottles, trash and cigarette butts. When I first walked in my room, I was pleasantly surprised(after seeing the outside of the hotel), until I looked more closely, The walls were dirty and peeling(I normally hate seeing people on here complain about little paint chips here and there at a hotel but.) this could easily be fixed. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors very well and the water pipes are also very loud, every time our one neighbor flushed their toilet I thought the pipes were going to come busting out the wall. I never expect to have a good breakfest when staying at a hotel like this but this one was probably the worst I have EVER ate. The fruit looked petrified, the coffee was very watered down, the egg disks taste like cardboard and I was scared to taste the sausage. The container that had the bagels and muffins in it also had about a half dozen flies in there as well. We did not use the pool, but it looked very dirty and the hot tub looks like it hasn’t worked in years.

I’m not sure if I can give 0 stars because that’s what this place deserves. We checked in late on Friday night and had reserved a king non smoking suite weeks ago. We got to the room and there was only a double bed and the room smelled like stale smoke and the toilet was leaking. We went back to the front desk and complained and went to the second room, but we noticed the lights were on and heard voices before we even tried to get into the room. We returned to the front desk again and by this time we had had it and made it clear that if they did not get it right this time they would have to find us a room at another hotel close by and pay for it. We were ‘upgraded’ to a penthouse suite. Let’s just say that was a joke. It did have two levels. The upstairs shower did not work and there were stains on the couch cushions. At this point it was 11:30pm so we stayed. The person at the front desk spoke little English. This is just a creepy place. More of a long term/apartment style set and overall the quality was quite poor. The breakfast the next morning was less than appetizing. Needless to say we will never return to his place and would not recommend it to anyone.

I have truly experienced better. I was only here overnight to do nails for a sleepover. This place is truly hidden. When I arrived I was lucky not to be alone as to it just felt creepy. A very wooded area near the back. It reminded you of an town home kind of like complex. The room was ok. Nothing spectacular. It was like a mini apartment. The worker I passed I don’t think could speak much English. That is always a turn off. I guess this place served the needed purpose. Not a place I would want to return to.

The hotel price for the area was very reasonable. Breakfast came included in the price. However when we opened the sofa bed the mattress pad head stains of blood and little black chunky things. I was unclear if they were dead bed bugs or dirt particles. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms and they were sold out they could not changed around the room, but offered to refund the price if I checked out immediately. I had the front desk person come and look at the bed to see if it was bed bugs. The front desk man came to the mattress pad off the mattress and threw it outside in the rain. We were unable to use the sofa bed as a bed and the kids slept with us. I would not stay there again but at the time of night we did not have another option as everything else was sold out as well. There were several pieces of ground gum in the carpet. There was a fireplace with no fire utensils matches or logs so you couldn’t actually start a fire. The remote to the TV did not work. The slates that cover the windows were broken so people could see in the first floor. The staff was not helpful at all in any of the complaints and said if I didn’t like it I was welcome to leave. Would not recommend this hotel in anyway.
