This is the best Burlington in the Baltimore area. Newly renovated and with two check out stations,(one in the front and rear of the store) this is a welcome relief from the previous registers located in the middle with lines that snaked through the store. The selection is always great, but you have to be in a certain state of mind to come and peruse through the endless racks of clothing items. Every department seems so much more organized and that provides some relief when looking forbitems. In the shoe department they no longer have shoes in boxes, but on racks which l am not too crazy about, but fir efficiency and order, it works. The bathroom is clean and well lit and the staff are pleasant and will assist you on the floor(when you can snatch one!). Such an improvement in the overall look and function of this location that l plan to make this my go-to one.

Don’t like it. Lot of trash clothes. Everything is all over the place. The people who work there are rude. Way to long of lines. Won’t open anymore then 2. Was waiting in a long line for 20 mins just to get my daughter the dress she wanted.

This is the best Burlington Coat Factory that I’ve been to in Maryland. The one in Carney MD is HORRIBLE compared to this store. The manager here at this store is so nice and he helped me out a lot. I’m so happy that the manager and the customer service at this store is so much better then the Carney office. Very clean, and great prices. I will deff be coming to this store instead of the one in Parkville from now on. I rather spend more money on some gas and get great prices and nicer people. =)

A lot of trashy t-shirts and knick knack junk. Most of the clothes on sale are size gargantuan. Coats okay.
