For fast food, Taco Bell is pretty good. I actually do not eat there often, but I feel compelled to review my last experience. Bathrooms were clean. Dining area was clean. I was speedily served. But the thing that stood out most was how exceptionally courteous and polite the staff was. Who ever the managers are, are teaching some valuable customer service skills. One employee held the door open for me on my way out. Oh… I forgot to mention that employees were actually smiling. This was certainly the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had. And it is one reason that my visits have been more frequent as of late.

The drive through line at 12:45 was three cars long. It took them ten minutes to get those three orders out. There was meat in an item I specifically requested no meat. The cashier ever rung it up right, but the preparers couldn’t pull it off. There was no spork, which made eating my nacho supreme very messy, and the stuffed (aka smothered) burrito impossible. They could step up their game a little bit.

I’m definitely a fan of Taco Bell. Yes I know it’s not authentic, it’s not beef, it’s not healthy… so?!
I like it because it’s good and inexpensive. I especially like this location because 9 times out of 10 after I spend a long day at Hershey Park turning my nose up at all the over priced food, not to mentioned shelling out for admission, I come here and appease my hunger.
At Taco Bell you can get a lot for a little, and for me this one is positioned just right.

Let me just say that Taco Bell is a last resort!
My Girlfriend and I were on our way back into town after running around and we both needed a quick snack. It was late so Taco Bell was virtually our only option so to the drive through we went.
The gentleman took our order from the terrible machine and had us pull to the window. There he proceeded to talk to us for a moment while our food was being made to order. He apologized for the wait (all of 3 minutes) and gave us free drinks because of it.
Taco Bell is still a last resort however I extremely hope that this gentleman moves on to restaurants where tips are involved because this is the kind of person I want taking care of me and will pay extra for this kind of service.

I have been there once a long ago. It was not busy but it was slow service. And how they did the food was bad as far as how the did it. Still taste good. I know that I have told people not to go there even thought it is near major attractions. I have heard the same from other that.
