Maureen and her crew are just simply amazing! Citrine Catering catered my best friend’s wedding and so many people were raving about the food during the wedding and the day after! The salmon with the sauce, was just mouth watering, I have never had anything like it. Also, I LOVED the fact that all the food was cooked to perfection! Not one potato, asparagus, and meat were under/​over cooked. The salads were so crisp and great dressings. I could not stop eating the cheese appetizers! Just plain perfection. The crew was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. My best friend and I are so thankful we have found Citrine Catering, especially since they are doing my wedding in May! If anyone is still searching for a caterer, you can stop your never ending hunt, because Citrine is the BEST! If you want delicious cooked food displayed in a beautiful way, they will do it.

I’ve hired Maureen Chase of Citrine Catering several times to cater business meetings and events. Each time, the service was 100% professional, the presentation was lovely, and most importantly, the food was delicious. One memorable Mediterranean-​themed lunch included fresh figs stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts, roasted garlic with fresh baguettes, a mixed green salad with flower blossoms, savory spanakopitas, and grilled tri tip skewers served with a balsamic dijon plum sauce. The meeting participants raved about the food.
The table and platters are always decorated with fresh flowers and artfully arranged, and every detail shows Maureen’s love of sharing beautiful, interesting, and mouthwatering food with people. She is also a particularly good communicator and warm and gracious presence who makes people feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this caterer.

Citrine Catering was our caterer of choice for our wedding. Maureen was just fantastic… from planning the menu thru the end of the reception. We worked with her to plan a fantastic meal and then she cooked it for us in our home so the three of us could finalize our menu for the wedding. Maureen was enthusiastic and certainly made us believe she was as excited for our big day as we were. On the wedding day, everything was perfect… from the scrumptious appetizers to the amazing sauces, salmon and pork tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the tangiers couscous salad was to die for. Maureen also created a dessert bar for our guests… the lemon bars, tarts and bite size chocolate tortes were delicious. Our special sweetheart cheesecake was phenominal too. We have received so many compliments from our guests about the food. More than one person has told us it was the best wedding dinner they had ever had… we feel the same. Thanks for making our day special Maureen… it wouldn’t have been the same without you!
