Customer service, is unacceptable. Lady at front desk does not greet you when arriving. Looked at people as if they don’t belong or can afford anything in the store. They have a nice selection of glasses, but poor customer service. I ended up going elsewhere only letting them do my eye exam. I refuse to buy from anyone or anyplace with bad customer service!

I went to go get glasses today and the dr was really F***ing RUDE and was no help at all. I wont come here again or recommend if he is the doctor. The woman Doctor that is there sometimes is super nice though.

Worst experience ever, I went in about a month ago and purchased a pair of high end Oakley prescription glasses. I purchased a warranty along with for a total about $ 600 dollars. In 4 days the nose piece separated(not broke) it had an air bubble clearly visible in the polymer. Clearly a manufacturer defect and probably a rarety, being the rep Oakley has. I returned to store and showed them, to which I was informed it was covered by my warranty I just needed to pay 25 $ cash up front. I paid and was told I had to come back in a week to get my glasses, next Saturday to be exact(was on a Saturday that I went in) they gave me my old pair which didn’t sit right on my face to wear until then. Saturday came around and I called to find out my glasses wouldn’t be in until tuesday, that night I lost my glasses in lake Livingston pulling in a catfish over the dock(a monster at that) they fell off due to not sitting right on my nose. I was called that Monday by vision source to say my glasses were in, when I went up there and told them what happened, and that I did in fact keep the others safe for the week I was told I needed to, that I was out of luck on getting my new pair. They told me I had to have the old pair,(which is understandable if the other circumstances hadn’t came about). After 3 weeks going back an fourth on my options they settled on giving me 30% off my next purchase of $ 600. Started at 20%. The product was faulty the service was horrible and I was not satisfied one bit. And to top it off my 25 $ cash I paid to get the replacement ones was never refunded. I’m in contact with a lawyer and and filing a case. I recommend highly that everyone avoid this location and it’s manager Leo and Herman. I’ve always done business with vision works and tried this vision source due to the long line at VW. I won’t make that mistake again. Use VW in deer brook mall don’t get scammed by these guys

Very nice and fixed my glasses within 5 minutes even though it was just the sides that were adjusted. Accidentally sat on my glasses!

My husband ran over his very expensive Revo sunglasses to the extent we didn’t think they could be fixed. Remarkably, Leandro was able to have them as good as new in about 30 minutes! Very quick and polite service!

Awful service. I went in for my annual eye exam. It took nearly 2 hours!!! Will never go back! And yes I had an appointment. They looked at me like I was crazy when I became impatient waiting on Dr.Patel. At one point I even stepped out of the room and reminded the front desk I was waiting. I thought they forgot about me.

My wife had a great experience a year ago. So, when it was time for me to get my eyes examined, I thought it was a no brainer. Well, it’s been a month and a half and I think I might be getting my glasses this week. According to my insurance’s website, they’ve been shipped. First problem, I was told my glasses would be ready anywhere from two weeks to four weeks. Trouble is, the order wasn’t even submitted till a week after I picked out my glasses. Then, three weeks into the order, Vision Source added anti-glare and the scratch resistant coating I had ordered in February. I tried speaking with a manager. He was never available, nor did he call me when I left a message. They offered to give me numbers of two other stores to try and contact him. — It’s not my job to hunt down a manager. The young lady I did speak with said she’d «red flag» my order to see if she couldn’t get it in faster. Never heard anything back. Sent a letter to the corporate office. They were sorry to hear about my trouble and they’d pass along my letter back to the owner of this particular store. And, I have yet to hear from him. Seems their business model is customer service ends after the sale.
