Twin Nails

It’s a decent nail place… Not bad … Not great. They are a little rough on the manicure leaving some rough edges and cuticle. They filed and buffed the nail face so hard it left the nails thin and nearly burnt my fingers. It looked good and lasted reasonably.

Not worth the $ 40 for a full set. Left very thick not even cleaned underneath horrible service asked to have nail fixed twice and still came out side ways. Nails aren’t event the same size on each hand

Super cute, little place! They take their time and do a good job, definitely don’t feel rushed like some other places can make you feel. I would definitely come back here.

Twin Nails is BY FAR the best nail salon that I have tried in Kingwood. I’ve spent most of my life here and have tried most of the salons. Many are decent, some are terrible, and this one is the best! The ladies in there are always very nice and it is clear that they genuinely want to do a good job. Unlike many salons, where the girls may as well roll their eyes when you walk in the door, they are always focused and don’t cut corners. It is very clean in there, too. There are some in the area that are just gross, this is definitely not one of them! The massage chairs actually work! It’s irritating to sit down and the chair not work. The one I was in today had me in a trance. The ladies are very gentle, yet effective. I have used this salon several times for mani/​pedi and they have been consistently good. They definitely have my business.

Incredibly courteous service. I’ve had a hard time finding a good nail place in Kingwood, and Twin Nails was a pleasant surprise. The only time I’ve ever had to wait was when two girls came in right at closing and I was in the middle of my pedicure. There was a bit of a wait then for my manicure, but I won’t fault the salon for that!
I wish I could remember the names of my manicurists/​pedicurists — one was amazing and the other was good, but a little rough with how she handled my nails. It kind of hurt! But I love the atmosphere — it’s clean and friendly and you can get exactly what you want in a timely fashion. If I’m in my home area, I’m always coming to Twin Nails!

I think they had just changed management when the last review was written. They are the cleanest in Kingwood and always really nice. It is always a pleasant experience as the girls don’t sit and gossip the whole time. Michelle will tell you honestly if there is a wait unlike other salons that put your feet in water and then you sit and wait!!!

When it comes to the quality of nail and waxing services, I think Twin Nails does a good job. I had gotten a french manicure and it lasted over a week (for me, that’s really good). The one «con» I have is the fact that I think there’s literally only 2 people who work there, so there’s ALWAYS a wait. If say there’s one woman in there whose getting a mani-​pedi, one woman will do the mani, the other woman will help and do the pedi… so there’s still a wait! All-​in-​all, I go there for good nail and eyebrow waxing and I think they do a good job of it relatively.
