Apartments are in good shape. Washer/​dryer in unit is a bonus. Don’t expect any deals or discounts here. You will pay $ 130.00 for application plus a deposit. 6 month and 12 month terms. Nice pool. Overall I’m just staying here for location… Near airport and near many restaurants and stores I use. I’ll give another review once I stay here a few more months to see if any issues arise. Three out of five because staff was average and no deals were given.
